This business is a emergency rental relief program but they are very non responsive non compliant and difficult to do honest buisiness . I was on the yearly program to get covid rent relief and them there was a period of time when they where non responsive and me the manager and the property owner could not contact them by the time we finnaly find something out 2 months have passed without and notice at all and now i owe 2 minths back rent because of ****'s failure to contact me in any way shape or form to let me or the management know that that was happening. If i would have known i would have covered for those 2 months but the **** did not nitify me they kept me stringing along and now im going to be homeless with bad rental history because of ******* elses mistakeCustomer response

I was not notified , no comunication for over 45 days . I am now homeless and in debt , they are creating homelessness more than solving it . Finish the job and cover ******* and febuary so i can get on with my life . These people are damaging my wellbeing and now im in high risk ofgetting covid .. this whole thing is devistating i just want to go home
