      I bought this Arctos cooler back in November 2022. It was winter and cold so I put it on a shelf, unopened until March when the weather warmed up. Then I opened it up and set it up with the directions that were issued. The cooler did not come on, it just flashed its lights and that was all. I complained to the company and they sent me a new one that arrived 04/05/2023. I again set it up following the instructions and when I went to power it on it did nothing again except flash its lights. They need to pack it better because I think the post office people toss it around some due to it being so light and small. I spent $107.04.

      I ordered an Arctos Personal Space Cooler on 9/7/2022. Upon receiving the items I read the instructions, followed them and put Space Cooler into use. This product was simply false advertisement at its finest. . It did completely NOTHING. What a rip off. I sent 2 emails requesting to return the item with the expectation of a refund. This vendor did not even respond.

      I ordered an Arctos Personal Space Cooler, an extra filer and a lifetime warranty on 8/1/2022. Upon receiving the items I read the instructions, followed them and put Space Cooler into use. It did bot cool the room in any way. It powered off after 3 hours. I was extremely dissatisfied. It's more like a desk top fan with no real coldness.I sent 2 emails requesting to return the items of order# ********* with no reply.

      I purchased 3 Arctos systems, 3 filters, and 2 warranty's on July 10, 2022. I received 2 Arctos systems and one warranty on July 20th. I contacted Arctos customer Service and they said it would be shipped out as a second shipment. I waited until August 15th when I contact customer service again letting them know I had not received the products. They said I only order 2 systems. I told the I have my receipt proving what I ordered. She asked me to email it them. I emailed my receipt on Aug. 15th, 16th and the 22nd. I have called again they said they were going to process my refund my credit card $145.68 (tax excluded) on September 7th as of today September 14th I have not received my refund. I do t know what else to do. Every time I call Arctos customer service I get someone different and I have to go over and explain everything again to no avail. I have included my receipt, I believe it is called message, but it is my receipt for my purchases. Please help me. Thank you

      Saw an ad for portable air conditioners. They promised to cool any room in 5 minutes. Transaction date: 3/18/22 **** Paid $273.76 Theses AC's do not cool a room off in any amount of minutes. It's not even cold air coming out of it. I ordered 4 and want to send back the 2 that we did not open. I would like to send all 4 back but I don't think that the company will approve the return of the open AC's. I am leaving a review on their website and on your website. I am very unhappy and disappointed that the product did not do what it was claimed to do in the ad and on their website. I emailed the help desk and have not received anything back from them. Help please. Order number: ******** Tracking number: ********************** I have attached the only 3 emails that I received from this company.
