My name is *****, im a J1 student from ****** on the woek and travel program.I stayed at this motel for 3 months.It was horrible, owners wanting to charge money for service i never got, wanted to charge me for the sheets they threw away after i showed them it had bed bugs. That menager only cares about stealing money. I was paying them in advance and they stole days from me, for example the rent due shouls have been 21st of each month, i pay them in advanfe on 16th, and they make me check out on 16 the next month?????The room was disguting and they wanted to charge me for cleaning that never happened.I never got the new sheets and i basically got rid of bugs MYSELF. They refused to give back my deposit which was a total of 500$ which was paid on 21st of may. The rent itself shouls have been 850$ a month, but after a month some new people appear at the front desk and all of a sudden now they charge me 1000$? They never renewed thst room, it stayes completely the same.Initial Complaint

I checked in to this hotel and wanted to checkout within 15 minutes. Was not offered a refund or anything except for the 'key refund'. Which was $8. No other resolution given except 'get out' by the owner. No policy or anything stated I would lose a whole night's stay even though I just checked in without a reservation.
