I had my first colonics session with *************************, the owner of the business, on 3/25/22. At that time I purchased and paid for 3 sessions, including the first session on 3/25/22. I paid a total of $270 for the three sessions or $90 apiece and I paid that using my **** card. I then had a second session on 4/1/22 and scheduled my third session for 4/8/22. but shortly before my appointment I received a text from ****** stating that she could not keep that appointment with me because she was having back pain. She did ask me to text her back to reschedule. I texted her back that day, asking if she could do a Saturday. On the next day, 4/9/22, she had not responded and I texted her again to suggest an appointment on 4/15/22, if she had availability. When she still had not responded to me the next day, 4/16/22, I texted her again asking her to please get back to me to schedule. On 4/19/22 I left her a voicemail asking her to please respond to me to schedule. On 4/21/22, I texted her again as I had not yet heard back from her and reminded her that I had pre-paid for my third session and I really needed a response from her about scheduling that session. On 4/28/22, I texted her again reminding her that I had pre-paid for my third session and that I needed to hear back from her. As of today 5/6/22, I have not heard back from her.
