I brought my car in for a repair through insurance on 5/2/23. When I picked my car up on 5/31/23, my windshield was cracked. There were no known cracks or chips when I dropped my car off. I informed the receptionist of this before I left their parking lot and they assured me they would let *** know. I didnt hear from her so I had to contact her the next day via text and she informed that they were not liable for the damage but would escalate this situation to the manager. Its been over a week now and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. I have called them on two different occasions 6/5 and 6/8. First time I called *** and the manager were unavailable. Today (6/8/23) I made a follow up call and again *** was not there and the manager was out of the office. a remedy for this situation would be really appreciated since the business has been no help. Since Ive picked up my vehicle the crack has grown, meaning this is a new crack and wasnt caused by me since I did not have my car for nearly one month.Customer response
