              I ordered a sofa and chair. When delivered it was the wrong one, but I liked the fabric so kept it. I called to ask about changing the legs on it because the one I picked out was higher. They said it would be checked on but I never have received a call back ( even though I called them several times). Also ask them to order arm protectors and never heard another word. Not very service oriented. This has been taking place over the last year.

              Spent over 4000.00 on sofa and love seat in Dec 2022 and had problems with sofa. As of this date Welchels had not repaired. Reached out to Manufacture because it was under warranty and said I would have to deal with Welchels to resolve the problem. They came out one time and tried to repair and I told them when it still wasn't fixed so I'm stuck with a high priced sofa I can't use.
