This business run by John Kaseman is probably not accredited with the BBB or anything besides ****** because of the underhanded, deceptive and straight up unwilling to address mechanical problems that pose a safety risk on vehicles after even a few days post purchase. Once it's off the lot, it's "whatever" literally! My car is vibrating over 63 MPH in a shocking display of mechanical near failure on key suspension parts and motor mounts. I should have done more research, but this way others can avoid the mistake of shopping here. I even got suckered into paying for my own tires through them on a car that "passed" inspection with no emergency brake, and to be fair they fixed that, but the tires were worn to the cords and I have photo and video evidence plus recordings' of them denying that I deserve a car that can go over 63 because like he the owner said; "it's a ***** **** what do you expect", "the speed limit is 55 anyway", and "it's a used car", Okay it's a 2014 with 90k from the south and I was assured it was a "perfect commuter car", so I've spent over $1000 just getting the motor to stop shaking: (NGK plugs, throttle body cleaner, MAF sensor cleaner, a new oil sending unit, a multi-meter to track down the bad ground, a circuit tester, seafoam top end cleaner, software updates, a code reader, air filter, leather repair kit, professional air cleaning for the ducts, an alignment, new tie rod end, a wheel bearing, passenger side motor mount, wheel bearing, I'll need another set of tires in a couple months because they're already chopped, and were never balanced properly, but real mechanics gave me advice and help because they felt bad I got ripped off so bad! Please do your homework because people's word sadly is not to be trusted at all anymore. Their idea of tools is a can of PB Blaster and get it out of here ASAP before our business has to address the root causes of your predicament. Please just avoid getting financially hurt by these predatory salesman!
