The Oaks Construction representative had answers to the hard questions and an easy going nature. The product was well displayed in printed form and the contract quite clear. It was all business as was the crack roofing crew. The new roof was put to the test of a downpour that started just as the roofers completed shingling the garage. Then it poured most of that night. I'm happy to report that the his roof job past these tests. The leak in office is gone! I have the warranty comfortably on file.Review from Susan N

We were very happy with our roof replacement project. Matthew V****** and his crew (Johnny) were outstanding. Matt was friendly, easy-to-work with, and answered all of our concerns and questions. Johnny's crew was very hard-working and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Their clean-up was outstanding and they certainly worked well as a team. We definitely would recommend Oaks Construction.Review from Brian G

I searched roof contractors in my area, found 6 listed but 3 no longer exist. Searching GAF materials I found two rated Master Elite and asked for quotes. Oaks Construction was quick to respond, sent a salesman to the house from an hour away who explained everything extremely well. Another employee came to take photos of the house to accurately measure for the quote. The contract was very detailed, included replacing a number of sheathing panels, sent by email and after signing expecting work to start in 6 weeks, I was scheduled for two weeks later. A large job, two valleys, single story with detached garage was completed in a day & 1/2, overseen by Paul. They arrived on time, worked hard, did the job right. I was a little disappointed in the cleanup with some nails found in the driveway and yard, a lot of little pieces of old shingles. But when Paul saw the problem he spent about 3 hrs by himself finishing the cleanup. We filled one and one-half dumpsters which were delivered and picked up promptly. I’m a happy camper with a new roof and 50 yr transferable warranty.Review from Jeff L

I contracted Oaks to replace my old vinyl siding and I could not be happier with the results. It’s absolutely stunning. They wrapped the windows which made them look brand new. The crew was extremely polite and punctual and cleaned up nicely every day. Jeremy the site foreman was as accommodating and helpful as could be and there was always clear communication between him, myself, and Jessie in the office. I highly recommend this company and can guarantee that they will get my business for future home projects.Review from Mary T

Paul was the site supervisor. Had a tear off/reroof. They had to replace a small section that was rotted. Started about 7 and were out of here about 5. Everyone was polite and the clean up was great.Review from Ashley G

I had a 3 layer tear off-re shingle on my main roof and a complete gut of my back porch corrugated fiberglass roof along with rotted rafters. The crew Manny and Felipe; Supervisor Manny S******* did such an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations for my back porch. Couldn't have asked for a better crew, my roof looks amazing thank you!!!Review from Justin L

The crew of Carlito and Matthew, did a two layer tare off and full reshingle of my house. The whole process took only one day. Results were incredible, and just as important to me, the clean up was impressive.Review from Don A

We have a complex roof with very steep sections, dormers around windows, a skylight, a chimney, and many sections of roof butting against walls. We had many companies come out to quote, several immediately told us they couldn’t do it, one quoted extremely high, and one we signed with until they cancelled the contract saying it was too difficult. Oak’s Construction was entirely different. Mark took the time to do a thorough examination. He was up on the roof with me discussing my concerns and answered all our many questions. Kasey, our project manager, was great at communicating with us and obsessed over every little detail. The crew was amazing! They worked very fast and hard but also very thoroughly. We went from an older house with a leaky roof to a fantastically tight roof. They did go slightly over the quote but that was because they found a few problems and wanted to fix them right. It wasn’t significantly over and Kasey discuss each issue with me. I feel like they did our roof as if they were doing it for their own family. Oak’s Construction is my first choice for any future projects.Oaks Roofing and Siding Response
