    In early July 2023 we called this company to install a new bath tub drain. Once installed it only took a few days before the drain started to leak. A second technician came out and seemed to have fixed the leak on the new drain. Now in October 2023 this new drain started to leak in several places and caused water damage to the celling in the room below. I called the company the moment I saw the leak and they came two days later and removed most of the drain installed in July and replaced it again. The leak seems to be gone, but there is damage to my celling in the room below. Two employees from the water remediation team visited my house and were unwilling to resolve the issue internally citing that I need to take it up with my homeowners insurance. The second water remediation employee even admitted that the original drain install back in July does not represent the quality of work that the company normally provides. I attempted to contact management at the company and all I get is busy lines or their voicemail. The company needs to make it right and make arrangements to have my celling fixed.

    A tenant of ours had a kitchen sink that would not drain and did not want to burden us with the problem as we were out of state for an extended vacation. She is a senior citizen and thought she was calling a local company in Livingston County but actually got ****** plumbing out of Rochester, NY who sent a repairman to her house. He ended up snaking out the sink trap and that was all it took for the repair. He was there for 50 minutes and presented her a bill for $357. When I heard this, I was very upset and called the office on 1/4/22 to discuss this bill which I feel is an overcharge. After the third message with no call back, I finally talked to the manager, Scott on 1/5/22. He insisted that his repairman was there for 1 hour and 47 minutes (not so) and that this is the industry standard for this job and he was very unyielding in his position. I have asked two other licensed plumbers about this, and both said that they would never charge that amount for the work that was done. Scott finally agreed to send my tenant a small "discount" refund. He never sent the refund and after a month, I called to ask him about this, and he will not take my calls or answer any messages. As of 2/28/22, I have left 8 messages and it is obvious that he has no intention of returning my calls or of sending a partial refund as he said he would. It is hard for me to believe that anyone would run a business like this and not stand behind his word. I would warn anyone hiring this company to get a quote ahead of time and for what work may be done.

    I explained to ******* that we work on flat rate pricing not by the hour and his tenant was given a free upfront estimate and approved the work to be done. We sent a check for a discount to his tenant for the sake of customer satisfaction

    After my review posted on 2/28/22, I finally got a call back from Scott. He stated that he had sent out a check and I told him that my tenant has not received anything. He asked me to check with her again, which I did, and called back and left a message for Scott. As of 3/10/22, he has not gotten back to me, and no check has arrived as promised. Still waiting and this has been over two months.
