Obtained estimate and we signed a contract on March 16, 2021 to have our existing driveway torn out and replaced with new also widening and leveling to street. We were told by owner that work would be done sometime in mid-April. After not hearing from company we left numerous messages mid-April on voicemail to find out when they would be starting job. Received a phone call from owner a couple weeks later at 9:30PM one night that they would be at our house to start work (tear out driveway and apply stone base) on May 3, 2021. Nobody showed up or called us on 5/3/2021. My voicemail to owner that morning was returned saying they had to finish another job they had previously started and would not be coming that day. Finally, on May 4, 2021 they showed up to tear out driveway and apply stone. They did not have enough of the stone so ended up putting old recycled concrete down on approximately 1/4 of our driveway as the new base. Stone would be left to set for a couple of weeks and they would be back to finish driveway. We never heard from them again. Fortunately, we only paid them for the work that was done. After several more voicemails (with no response) over the course of two and a half months to find out when they would be back to finish the driveway, we have hired a different company. A message was left on the same number letting him know we have gone a different route and will no longer be requiring their services. Still no response after 5 days.
