We purchased a new car back in 2023. The car is nice. The service is horrible. Yesterday, for the first time, my wife had to call roadside assistance. The estimate for a tow was 60 minutes. After an hour I got there but not the tow truck. We called (they did not call us to notify us) and they said it would be another hour - other jobs come in that paid more and had a higher priority. Basically suggesting that if I offered them money maybe we would get a tow sooner. You pay a premium price for a ******** - but we did not get what we paid for in terms of service got we getting shaken down for more money. After 3 hours the tow truck finally came. How would you like your wife to sit abandoned for three hours alone while it is darks. ******** - overpay us and we will get to you whenever we want.Review from JUAN F

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with ********-**** of Palm Beach, particularly with the salesman. I purchased a vintage 1988 *** ** ******** sports car, and despite my repeated requests to pay for a diagnostic test, the salesman insisted it was not necessary and assured me that ********-**** would never keep a car in anything less than pristine condition on their lot. It turns out this was a complete lie. Not only was the car not in top condition, but there were also key parts missing five weeks after my purchase. The level of deceit and professionalism displayed by both the dealership and salesman is truly shocking. I deeply regret my purchase from a subpar dealership. BUYER BEWARE. So far, I am up to 10,000 worth of repairs on this car to make it mechanically-sound which had I known through my diagnostic test, I would have never purchased. I would highly discourage anyone from using this dealership for purchasing a used vehicle and servicing a vehicle out of warranty, as I also have 2 ******** wagons where I have been highly over charged, then to find out that through a local mechanic I was overcharged by thousands of dollars.Review from Kevin S

About one month ago, Paul P********* came running out of the Mercedes Benz Of North Palm Beach Dealership screaming and yelling at me for taking the water which is offered FREE to the dealership's customers, of which I am one and a very loyal one at that. Despite having spent tens of thousands of dollars at this dealership, Mr. P********* verbally assaulted me over free water. He could have handled it very differently but did not, choosing the nasty hothead route instead of making a polite request. As such, Mr. P********* has unnecessarily put my customer relationship with that dealership at risk. I strongly believe Mr. P********* should be disciplined for this nasty behavior if not terminated from his Management position.Review from Charles R

Never buy any extended warranties of any type of kind from the steelership. They do not honor them. Buyer beware I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 in 2018 from this dealership. The car now needs in 2024 a water pump, but they are claiming that my 8 year 100,000 warranty is expired. These are spectacularly unethical business people.Review from Joseph B

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I was told that my wheel was cracked I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday. They never ordered the part. I brought my car back in on Friday. They ordered the wrong part. I brought my car in on Monday. They ordered the wrong part for the second time. I finally got my car fixed on the fourth try. The worst ******** **** of Hartford, I called numerous times regarding my vehicle for an update, got the " We will have the service rider call you back" Apparently, he doesn't know how to use the phone. They completely scam the warranty company and commit insurance fraud, and still collected payment from me. The service rider literally went from yeah, I will help you to I don't want to deal with you in matter of moments. My car still makes the same noise, and they claim it was resolved which is complete bull***t. Advisor said it was coming from the control arm and once the control arm is "fixed" or they claim to "fix" it now it's the "Breaks" I may be a female but I'm not stupid! I have called to speak to a manager no one can return my phone calls back, even though I called the same day I picked up the car! In the video that was sent to me for the overall view the technician said the squeaking over bumps is coming from the control arms and claims my "breaks" need to be replaced because they are squealing. Clearly squeaking and squealing are two different issues and sounds. Yet the control arm was "replaced" but the noise is still present and claim the noise are coming from the " Breaks"? If that was the case why not replace the breaks instead of the control arm? I don't believe they had a clue what they were talking about, and then proceed to advise that all other suspensions look fine. Clearly something is not fine! I paid $500 for not only for nothing but also to receive poor customer service and back and forth via text msg with the service rider after the fact my vehicle was picked up, not even a phone call was plausible from them. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere they only help the people that they want to especially if you're a certain race because you could tell right off the rip, he did not want to deal with us.Review from Charles R

Sells fraudulent service contracts. Sold me an 8 year premium contract on a 3 year old car, except there is fine print hiding the fact that it starts when car was originally sold as new, not when I bought it. It was a 5-year contract, not an 8-year contract. Then contacting class action lawyers.Review from Leonard S

In my thirty plus years in sales and as a business owner; I have never experienced a more deceitful, unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional group. This dealership ( from management to my salesperson) exemplify why people hold such a low regard for employees in the car industry. Needless to say, I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Do yourself a big favor- shop elsewhere.Review from Rosetta J

I am writing this review against Mercedes Benz of Devon in PA regarding my recent experience at their dealership. I had found a vehicle on their website listed at $42,400 and had been preapproved for a loan through ******* ***. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle, which I was okay with at the time. I informed the salesperson that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and that I had preapproval through ******* ***. They assured me that they would assist me in finalizing the purchase. However, when I spoke with the finance officer, I was informed that the price of the vehicle had been changed to $44,215 and gap insurance had been added without my consent. When I questioned the finance officer about the price change, they stated that the initial price was incorrect. They also tried to pressure me into putting down more money than agreed upon with ******* ***. Additionally, the finance officer was not transparent in their dealings with me and did not treat me kindly during our interaction. Furthermore, the salesperson did not follow up with me after I spoke with the finance officer, leaving me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer.Review from LAURA S

I would not recommend this dealership I have been to a few of them owned by the same company. Not customer-oriented. I want nothing to do with a Mercedes-Benz or this dealership. Sadly I live close by but they make things so difficult, are disorganized, and have no clue what they are doing. Frustrating experience. I do not want my car anymore. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this or the West Palm Mercedes-Benz dealership. I could go into more detail but a big red flag is now waved.
