My drill was stolen from me during the move. I called and asked about it and emailed, I was ignored. They also over priced my move for horrible workers. They took 3 1/2 hours to fill a small truck. My uncle and sister rented a ****** to finish what they couldn't in a hour same size truck was filled. I told the boss about it he claims he did something took money off. But I did not see it in my bank account. I stead he charged my bank another $200. It was a rip off useing them they took $1700 for a ****** job.

Having completed a multiple part move with packing and storage - we would give Ashline Movers our highest recommendation. The owners of this business handle all the pricing, scheduling and they also take care of all the logistics and actual moving. This type of business is hard to find but they really take care of the customer. They were there to answer every call and email right away, when the property manager needed insurance it was done same morning and they even said that was rare. One of the parts of concern some large glass framed art from the turn of the century had been in my family and Ashline’s pack team professionally wrapped and crated it up, all delivered and hung in the new place with any issue. They took down a xl TV from the wall mount and packed the TV to perfection, Al and Bobby were fun and did the work with a smile. It was well worth renting the equipment and all the paperwork was provided to us up front at scheduling, in the end there were no surprises just an outstanding professionally executed pack and move.

Ashline Moving and Storage uses "DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF THEIR COMPANY NAME" and uses "SARATOGA TRUCKS" when taking your payment. The following is a terrible experience that resulted in the UNAUTHORIZED theft from my bank Debit Account which they used 3 months prior for a reserved a truck for $81.00. They post that they are BBB ACCREDITED. My experience is as follows: ASHLINE MOVERS and SARATOGA TRUCKS fraudently debited my debit account. TWO withdrawals were made under Saratoga Trucks, whom Ashline Movers does their business, was made. WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! TWO debits: $1,450.00 and $1,287.49 for moving my 2 bedroom apt 6 miles - no big furniture, no refrigerator, no stove, to move. Just collapsible bookcases and 3 standing bookcases and boxes and small furniture. Ashline was given a list in March and said it sounded like a 4 hr move. Well, if two of the workers "worked" it could have been. ASHLINE MOVERS and SARATOGA TRUCKS fraudently debited my debit account. TWO withdrawals were made under Saratoga Trucks, whom Ashline Movers does their business, was made. WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! TWO debits: $1,450.00 and $1,287.49 for moving my 2 bedroom apt 6 miles - no big furniture, no refrigerator, no stove, to move. Just collapsible bookcases and 3 standing bookcases and boxes and small furniture. The move should have taken from 4 to 6 hours at $175.00 an hour (a total of $700 to $1,050. Instead they quoted $2,100.00 because they dragged the work out to 12 hours. Ashline was given a list in March and said it sounded like a 4 hr move. Well, if two of the workers "worked" it could have been. THEY delayed the move to 12 hours. Only one worked and myself, 76 yrs old, moved my stuff. Besides my having to work for 11 hours straight carrying heavy things, they lost 2 items. They wanted to charge me $2,100. I said no. The owner was supposed to call me. He did not. So I waited. A BIG MISTAKE. They charged twice and to stick it to this old lady the cost is now $2,737.49. It is pending but it is a debit and the bank is monitoring it.
