The company damaged my interior wall when installing skylights. They also failed to protect the furnishing inside the house by failing to use drop clothes to catch falling shingles and debris. When the installation was complete no one checked if the remotes controlling the skylights worked. They did not. Although the company did agree to pay for the wall repair, the customer service of the company was very poor. Two appointments with me were not kept on the days promised. I received no phone calls to let me know no one would show up at the scheduled times. All in all this experience with the MHWhite Company has been a nightmare.

Chris and his crew sided the front of my house (formally cedar) and the craftsmanship, detail and brick mold they put around and on my windows is amazing! The workers were clean daily and very polite during the process. I plan to hire them in the near future to do some trim work around the exterior of my house. Thanks again, Chris!

very unprofessional, had house resided, siding, trim, gutters. payed for monogram siding 800 dollars more for it, not whats on house. was to remove all siding and trim, starter strip,backer, not done, deducted for siding and starter strip. was told they would build out windows with wood. instead just bent metal out with no support behind it. told owner did not like the look of lower eve, and gutter level. looks unfinished not returned to house bottom edge just hanging. never mounted porch railing back to house. chris white told me he would take care of it. two weeks later won`t return calls. theres just to much to list.

I contacted M.H. White October 2020 for an estimate on new gutters and a new door installation. I signed the proposal / estimate that I was presented with for the new gutters and the door installation (I was to and did purchase a door on my own). I was informed due to COVID-19 there would be delay on the gutters. March 2021 my custom made door was ready and on my property. April 2021 I reached out to said company for a installation date on both door and gutters. New gutters were place up in April of 2021 with a call back for leaking gutters in more than spot. I was told I would be contacted soon for the door installation. July 6 2021 I called left a message at the office. July 13 2021 left a message with Jim. July 19 2021 left a message with Jim. July 20 2021 left a message at the office. July 21 left a message with Jim. Sept 3rd left a message at the office. Sept 3rd Chris white reached out I was told he would call me next week with a date. Sept 8th Chris White called and told me my door would be installed either Friday Sept 11th or Monday Sept 13th. Sept 30th I called Chris and the office left a message. I received a phone call from the office the next day saying someone will be in contact with me the next week for an installation date. Today is November 7th and I still have yet to hear from this company. I am or was a returning customer. From my roof to windows to gutters. You lost me over a door. Never again will I call M.H White nor would I ever refer them.
