    We are a low income family with a disabled child. We had the ******* ****** ****** (owned by the Bergeron Healthcare Company)purchased for us through the Wheel to Walk Foundation. It took us many months to get all of the documentation and information together. I measured my child as requested and it showed that she should fit well in the stroller. She is 45 lbs and roughly 3 feet tall. I was ecstatic to finally get an all around stroller since our child outgrew our *** stroller. Unfortunately, I noticed immediately there were safety issues with the back seat. It is unstable, meaning when my child stems or moves at all, the entire seat pulls her forward to where she is nearly touching her feet. And tes, we use all the straps and safety harness, but it doesn’t work. On several occasions she hit her head on the side bar. Every few seconds on a walk, I have to pull the seat back so she doesn’t fall forward and hit her head. The stroller is also extremely unstable with the slightest difference in ground level. It can easily tip over as it’s top heavy. It’s an obvious engineering problem. We’ve has multiple *** and ***** ******* strollers and never had any issues with the seats or the possibility of our child falling out or tipping over the stroller. I contacted ******* ****** via email and phone, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I texted the local rep for Or: Mike A********** ************ on Oct 26th, 2023. He assured me he would assist and stated no one had any past safety concerns with the stroller. He got back to me after speaking with ******* ****** and stated “they would look into it” for future builds. He suggested I go to *** and purchase clips to “hold up” the back of the stroller so my child can’t lean out. I responded that was unsafe and thet needed to fix the safety issue at the factory. I never received a response. Meanwhile, my disabled child no longer has a safe way to be transported. I can’t use the stroller anymore due to safety.

    Poor customer service. I had to email twice to get a response. And no military discount. I don’t care that much about the military discount. But the lack of customer service and needing to follow up twice doesn’t really instill that they will actually follow up on the warranty of their products if there are any problems.

    We apologize! The first email was sent to us on a Saturday. Our Customer Service hours are on Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Our staff member that received this email was off on Monday and did not set their out of office reply message to reset expectations. We have retrained all staff to complete this task when know absences occur. The email was responded to on Tuesday when the staff member was back in the office.
