Woodford Brothers lived up to my expectations on the basement project they just completed on my home. How so? Firstly they have a reputation for quality work. The quote was comprehensive. About execution the team arrived on time as pre advised by the foreman, the workers were polite, hardworking, efficient- so much so that the project wrapped up earlier than anticipated. And they were careful with moving their tools, products etc and mindful of cleanliness. They even swept up and mopped the new floor! I have all the instructions for the ******* dehumidifier which works a dream and for next stages they gave clear and comprehensive answers to my electrician and contractor on next steps I intend to execute in time. The people I want to thank are salesman Bill S*********** foreman Raymond A******* and installers Devin and Frank.

Mark visited my home and did a thorough investigation into the water issue that was in my basement. He made reasonable recommendations based on the problem and installed a **** *** Dehumidifier. Mark was professional, informative, he patiently explored the water problem that I was experiencing, and he helped/advised me in how to make some necessary adjustments to the basement area where I was seeing water. Now I am confident that the water and small amount of mold that I was experiencing will be remedied.

The boys including Josh, George. Odillo, I feel did a remarkable job with my instillation, couldn’t be happier.

The sales person was very professional and flexible with the work/products we wanted. We scheduled the work in late August. The scheduler called and let us know they had earlier dates if we wanted to move the work up. We found an earlier date that was workable for us. The crew was very professional, friendly and very hard working finishing the work within the time frame planned. They had a hard time getting an older basement window out but were persistent until it had been removed. They did a very good securing the new basement windows adding foam for insulation and finishing windows into the foundation. They did a great job, cleaned up any old stuff and explained thoroughly about the new dehumidifier and what if anything we needed to know. My only concern was there was no communication the day or two prior to the work beginning to confirm that it was still scheduled. I ended up calling the company to confirm the date. I would highly recommend them!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I originally signed a contract for $25,000 for foundation work, a dryer basement and some outside cosmetic parging. which also included a $3,000 dehumidifier and a wall treatment I was told would make it so I never had water in my basement again. After they took the concrete off the foundation they stopped the work and said I needed to pay them another $10,000 to rebuild the cement blocks and fix the foundation in an area and they would not come back until I paid it. They left my house exposed to the elements, insects and animals. We negotiated that I would pay $5,000 for them to come and finish the work. After the first big rainfall this year, I had a huge puddle in the basement next to the area they rebuilt where I had never had water before. I called them and they came out a month later and told me if I wanted them to fix it I would need to sign a new contract and pay for them to install a "dry basement system." I told them it seemed that the water must have been leaking in from the wall they did and the contract said the masonry work was guaranteed for 5 years so this seemed to be under a warrantee. They told me the warranty is only that the wall would not cave in or lean, that water seeping in was not under warranty. This company is terrible to work with. They are scammers and I would never recommend them.

We had work done almost three years ago with Woodforb Brothers and the work was great! The basement was never so dry. When we noticed the sump pump stopped working we called and Brad was out that afternoon. To look at it and it was replaced the very next day. So happy with the service!!
