    We bought a used ****** ****** from this business. Several things were supposed to have been taken care of before delivery. Recall fix, rustproofing and additional key fob. When we went to pick it up none of this was done but we took delivery since the insurance had been changed over. A week later the car was picked up and a loaner left to do what was supposed to be done. The recall issues were supposedly fixed and the rust proof done but when the car was returned there was no key fob. We were told that it was being worked on. Most of the correspondence was done in text which stated that the fob was being worked on and would be included when the vehicle was returned which it wasn't. We were then told that someone would contact us within a week and come to us with it and program it. After a week with no call, we have tried in several ways to get a response and resolution. No response. We have called, emailed, texted tried on Facebook. Nothing. We would have to spend several hundred dollars and more time to do what we were promised several times. All we want is the key fob we were promised. This has been going on for over a moth and in the past 2 days we have been unable to get a response or a resolution.

    I purchased a New Honda Pilot Touring on 7/1/21. On 7/12/21 I had technical issues with this vehicle which made the vehicle incapable of driving. I contacted Honda City (place of purchase) and spoke with 4 different people until I supposedly spoke with the General Manager “Rob”. I explained my situation and stated that this vehicle only has 580 miles on it and I needed a replacement vehicle until this repair could be completed. Every person I spoke with at Honda City told me I needed to call Honda Roadside Service. I did call them and they told me I needed to contact nearest Honda Dealer. Long story short I was never offered a rental vehicle from either Honda City or Roadside Service. They both stated they had none available and I had to find my own rental and seek reimbursement later. I felt this was very unprofessional “service after the sale” especially after spending $42 thousand plus dollars on a new vehicle only 11 days ago. Luckily the *** truck driver that showed up to tow the vehicle knew about a security reset with the key fobs. This reset worked immediately. It is now 700pm at night and the last I spoke to Honda City service today was appr. 130pm. The General Manager stated that he would give me a return call to get something worked out ASAP. No follow up phone call as of now and I had to track down, pay for & reserve my own rental car and then cancel it as it “appears” the problem has been fixed.I will follow up with this review if anything changes.
