SCAM WEBSITE. PLACED AN ORDER ON 02-18-24 & THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. WENT ON TO "CHAT" TO ASK WHERE IS MY ORDER AND IT REFERRED ME TO A SITE TO PAY $5 TO "ASK A QUESTION". THEY ALREADY RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE MONEY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WASN'T RECEIVED AND NOW WANT $5 TO ANSWER WHERE MY ORDER IS? STOPPED PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD AND SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. ADVISED THEM I WILL FILE FRAUD CHARGES IF ANYTHING ELSE IS EVER POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE . . .Review from Patricia B

This company never answers their phone. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and still have no product. I have emailed them at least 10 times they have answered twice. They took the money for the order several days after the order was placed. I sent an email a week ago to cancel order and have yet to see the money. Do not use this company it has a NY address but I know the business is in China. I ended up turning over to my bank.Review from PENNY J

This business has truly mastered the art of customer neglect. If you enjoy the thrill of chasing refunds for months, this is your go-to place. Forget about a swift resolution; here, you get to savor the enduring satisfaction of persistent pursuit. its a unique blend of frustration and futility that they offer, leaving you questioning if the refund is just an elusive myth. And don't be fooled by their "free shipping costs" if you decide to return something they will deduct a huge portion of the refund stating that is their shipping cost. So after almost 2 years chasing them and having to pay out of pocket to ship the item back, I was refunded only 50% of what I paid. Total scam.
