Bought camper they said was all good got it home and been in shop having repairs done today find out it needs 6000 dollars of floor work done and for I paid for it think they should pay to have it fixed since they said it was checked out and ready called them 3 different times with no reply so if that there kind of business think you should look in to then cause I need help to get my camper fixed thanksReview from Brent C

We visited and found a problem which we reviewed on ******* One of their employees or someone who is affiliated with them a *************************** made retaliation review on a business we were associated with. I sent an email to the business letting them know.Review from Patrick H

Have had nothing but great dealings here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The ************** is competent and explains everything very well. Everything is upfront and explained fully. Will be coming here for many years to come.Tulsa RV, LLC Response

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I can't even rate this a 1. First of all, we put the deposit down and finally after constantly calling the two numbers I had been texting, I finally received an answer that we were approved.Second, they tried to tack a $1500.00 "Prep Fee" on the paperwork. When I asked the finance ***** about this, I was told it was to get the camper "ready". WHY should I have to pay for a NEW camper to be prepped after I'm spending the money to purchase it already??? Third, I had been told the finance rate was one thing then when paperwork was signed it was totally different than what we were originally told.Fourth, I had someone come and pick up the camper and I CALLED 3 hours ahead of time to make SURE the camper was going to be ready and was told it was. Then I started receiving calls two hours later (After the gentleman was on his way and almost there) that the camper would not be ready until 3-4:00 PM now. (NOT ACCEPTABLE)Fourth, When I received the camper to me the camper was a disaster. (Washer Dryer combo which was EXACTLY what I told them WE DID NOT WANT), the bracket installed to hold it in place looked like a child installed it. FRONT OF FRIDGE DOOR broken in 3 spots, Deep scratches on flooring, water damage and swelling of front bedroom shelf (PLAINLY IN SITE), Front of trailer by bumper was damaged (WHICH MY HAULER TOOK A PIC OF BEFORE LEAVING RV DEALERSHIP (I have timestamp) CHINA HUTCH DOOR CAME OFF DURING TRANSPORT BECAUSE IT WAS PLAINLY SEEN TO HAVE BEEN GLUED BACK ON !!!!! Way to many other things to mention on here. I also noticed a $6000.00 plus fee added to our contract and I have asked not once, not twice but 3 times for a detailed explanation and have still not received anything and now will not answer their texts. Absolutely would NEVER buy a thing from these people Ever !! again..in May of '22 I bought a brand new Gulf Stream. Priced a little high but I thought they were a reputable company and didn't really mind thf couple hundred markup. 1 problem was the sales officer Kinda, she was relentless in getting me to buy a nearly $4000 extended warranty saying things like lenders frown on the buyer not getting the extra coverage, I knew better but she was relentless so I bought the extra coverage. 2nd problem I get the thing home and go over the unit from top to bottom found nail heads that had broke through the kitchen floor area had to drive it all the way back to Tulsa to have there floor guy fix the problem which took 3 weeks. 3rd problem went to get it ready to use for the summer and the entire front top headcap seam had separated causing major interior water damage. It took these crooks 2 weeks to get it scheduled for repairs then they tell me that while yes I have extended warranty insurance it doesn't cover anything related to neglect " these people are lairs and thief's. My camper in the short 13 months I have had it was always in a covered storage facility has always been kept emaculate. These people are crooksReview from Lynn D

BEWARE, We set up an appointment with Kyle to come see a certain Rv on Sat. This appt was made on Thursday am. Received txt and email of confirmation in which was nice. Kyle was told that we had a 2 hour drive to come look appt this RV and yes it was a used and the only one like it. So we get up real early to finish chores so we can make the 2 hour drive there. Kyle calls use about 10:00 to verify we would indeed be getting there about 1:00 the time we made the appt for. We said yes we will even be there 1/2 earlier at12:30. So we take of and drive the 2 hour drive and pay the $4.00 toll to look at the rv. We also told him since we were coming to look at the one I'd like to also see another one, but the only reason to make the trip was the one rv. So we get there and wait for Kyle to get a golf cart and take us out to the other rv not the main one we wanted to see. We get out of the golf cart and I tell him We'd like to see main one we came to look at. He then informs us it was sold and not on lot any more. He started saying he didn't know it was sold and that it sold earlier that day. Well we then told him he just wasted 5 ours of our time and that he should of called us to let us know. I then go into the sales office to talk to the mgr again waited for 20minutes while we were waiting I asked when the rv we were looking at was sold and who sold it. All the sales people said it sold yesterday and the people were there all afternoon until 6-7 and drove away with it. When he called to verify at 10:00 am he either knew or should have checked to see where that rv was. So just want to say if they are going to lie before a sale I think they are going to be real bad and not honor what they say after the sale. Not complaining that they sold it just complaining at the lack of communication to let us know. SO THIS COST US 5 hours of time, $20.00 in gas and $8.00 in tolls. If they're going to lie about having an rv before sale just think what will happen after sale.Tulsa RV, LLC Response

I looked into this matter and want to sincerely apoligize for this. Kyle has been reprimanded for his actions, as this is not the way my employees are trained to do business. Please, email our Sales Manager at ******@tulsarv.net with your address, and I will be happy to send you a check to reimburse you the $28.00 for gas and tolls. I would also like to send you a gift card for $100 to a restaurant of your choice. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive Kyle and Tulsa RV.

One star is too much for these guys. Do not do business with them. The Service Manager is very rude & does not follow through with what he says he is going to take care of. I purchased a used 5th wheel from them & it was the worst mistake I have ever made. I told them everything I wanted fixed & of course you get the response of "no problem, we'll fix everything". When I arrived to pick it up, I was told everything had been fixed & inspected & was in 100% working order. The Tech that did the walk thru was drunk & you couldn't get within 2 feet of him without getting knocked over with the smell of alcohol. Again, he informed me that everything was in 100% working order. It is important to me that everything works because I live in my RV so can't just take it in for service every time something needs to be fixed. Within an hour of parking the 5th wheel, the bathroom fan will not shut off, the black tank valve will not close, back door will not lock, grey tank leaks & the inside lights are flashing. I called the service manager & was told everything would be taken care of. The only thing they took care of were the lights. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE. THEY DON'T CALL BACK & WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE RUDE & LIE TO YOU. They will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. I live at a high end RV park & now my neighbors know not to buy from Tulsa RV. When will companies learn that it is the service that keeps them in business?!/!?!Tulsa RV, LLC Response

Ms. ******** I assure you that Michael ***** the technician that performed your walkthrough, was not under the influence of anything during your delivery. I have been in business since 2009, and I have known him personally for 4+ years and don't appreciate that false accusation. A thorough walkthrough was done here on premises, showing you that everything worked. Then, the unit was delivered over an hour away to your RV spot. We also installed slide toppers 2 weeks later at your RV spot. When the technicians arrived to do your install, you brought up the vent fan, light issues, and an issue with your washer. This RV was sold as-is; an extended service contract was offered to you at the time of purchase, and you declined it. With all that being said, our Parts & Service Director, Mike ***** offered to pick the unit up and bring it back to Tulsa RV free of charge for repairs you mentioned it needed. He also did specify that those repairs could only be done at the store, as specific parts would need to be ordered for it. You said that you lived in it and that wasn't an option. There is only so much we can do when you don't allow us to properly work on your unit at our service center, which, let it be said again, we did offer to bring to Tulsa RV free of charge to you. Mike was completely transparent and professional with you, genuinely wanting to take care of you. No lies were ever told. Sincerely, Craig Goldrich, Owner.
