I booked my dogs for a overnight stay.. 3 dogs. Before I dropped them off, I asked if I would need to bring their beds and I was told no that they were provided. My husband and I picked the dogs up today and there was only one blanket on the cement floor. When I asked the employee where the bed was at she said that she only works weekends but the blanket was a different one then was there when she got to work so it was a clean one. What!!! They slept on a thin blanket the whole night! When I dropped them off a employee pointed to a 3 shelf's full of dog beds and asked if they each need one or could they share? I said they could share one big bed. I texted the owner today when I left and explained the situation and that I was very upset. She made excuses and I have it I text that she said she washing 10 dog beds this afternoon to which i responded that there were 3 shelves full of dog beds. It was excuse after excuse and it was said that dogs don't sleep on the bare floor. That is a lie as my husband and I both saw one thin blanket for three dogs. We paid so there is no reason for me to lie and make any of this up. Thank God I only let them stay one night. Please don't make the same mistake we did and board your dogs there. What you see and are told is not what you will get. These are our babies and it is up to us to take care of them.
