In May 2011, consumers provided the BBB serving Eastern Oklahoma with copies of advertising promising what appeared to be unrealistic income potential by joining the social networking group, Crazygood.com. When the BBB presented these advertisements to the company, it also expressed concern, because these advertisements were not placed by the company. Any advertisements the BBB has reviewed related to Crazygood.com which did not meet the BBB Code of Advertising were advertisements the Company neither authorized nor condoned. The ads appear to be placed by individuals affiliated with the company, but not directly employed by the company. These advertisements tend to promise unrealistic income potential by becoming affiliated with Crazygood.com. The company sent a cease and desist notice to everyone who could potentially place these ads requiring them to stop making such ad claims. A copy of the company's letter is shown below. Both the BBB and Crazygood.com want to warn consumers that ads making such unrealistic claims are false and misleading. The company has not placed these ads, authorized these ads, and does not condone these ads. For further information regarding these ad claims, please contact the company directly. They are eager to discover who is placing these ads and stopping their transmission.


"IMPORTANT message to our Crazygood members. We have been notified by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that some of our members are communicating and advertising inaccurate and/or overexaggerated information about the actual amount members are earning as a member affiliate of Crazygood and what prospective members can earn. This is problematic for Crazygood corporate, prospective members, existing members, and the BBB. These inaccurate claims cause a distrust among existing members as well as prospective members. Crazygood LLC does not communicate or condone these inaccuracies.

Therefore, we are asking our members who are making these claims to stop immediately and refrain from communicating inaccurate information. We appreciate all of our members, and we realize that only a few are causing issues for many. It is easy to get excited about Crazygood (we are!); however, the main focus of our business model is to promote and maintain an Ad-Free, private social network that gives back to its members and charitable organizations.
