      Horrible!! Never before have I experienced such an incompetent ER. People truly sick, hurting in pain and I counted 9 people laughing and talking, loudly at the charge desk for over 30 min. at this point… I stepped out and they are telling jokes!! We asked for help and finally a nurse came into the room with attitude to inform us they were waiting on an ER doctor to come into the room. Well, get your but up from the party!! Seriously… isn’t the break room for this kind of behavior! Oh, and did I note that my husband, who was here for a very serious issue is actually a nurse on another floor here! Well, not for long! Just embarrassing and horrible that people are doing such a half assed job!

      My husband was staying in St.John’s in Tulsa, Ok. He had 10hrs of back surgery 8/2/23 & another 6 hrs on 8/4/23. He was placed in ICU on *** floor in rm ***. Every nurse taking care of him went above & beyond. Outstanding. Except On 8/9/23 Maddison ********** started off walking in flipping lights on & opening shades before 7am. He asked her to shut the shades & please turn off the light, he was tired & needed more rest. He had been up all night on bed pan due to them giving him laxatives. She said “NO” with an attitude. She told him to roll over by himself. He can’t roll over without assistance. Keep in mind he just had 16 hrs of surgery. He was cut thru his stomach & back w/metal rods. Then she told him I’m getting you up & putting you in the chair. He was still tired from being up & didn’t want to sit in a chair. She refused to give him his pain meds & was talking at him like a child. When my mom got there she witnessed things she said & did. Maddison lied about her actions so they kicked my husband out of ICU to the 10th floor. He had a drain coming from his spine that was suppose to stay 5-7 days, which was removed. A pic line in his throat, which she removed. He couldn’t be put on another floor with everything he had in his body. When we got to the 10th floor the nurse in ICU lost/ misplaced his chart. I talked to Julie ***** who is the NM. I can tell right off she was taking up for the nurse & justifying her actions. I asked for the nurses name & she was rude, aggressive & had a bad attitude. Maddison **********. I fear for future patients being cared for by this nurse. She doesn’t treat people with dignity or respect. People are human beings & deserve to be respected rather they’re there mentally or not. They’re still people. I did express my concerns to the NM rather she continues to allow this nurse to care for people. That’s scary to think about. I don’t trust none of these people. Patients & their family shouldn’t have to experience this at any hospital.

      I have diverticulitis and fluid on my lungs I was told if my pain got worse to go to the ER I chose your hospital and what a big mistake Jamie and Andy were the triage nurses From the moment I sat down they were hateful and sarcastic Jamie said I don't know what we would do for you we have no beds they both acted as tho I had no right too seek help from here I'm going through so much already! And as I've waited in this waiting room I have listen And watched them be so unprofessional and heartless towards theese people how pathetic and sad that there is no respect or empathy shown this is suppose too be a place too get help this is awful and also the other hateful. Rude and disrespectful man's name was Andy and these too people have absolutely no business working in the medical field this was truly pathetic

      I had an appointment with my surgeon and he missed it so I rescheduled for following month. Moved a couple hours away and on my way to Tulsa, husband took wrong exit and I tried calling Dr Kirkpatrick office but kept getting answering service. Finally got the receptionist on the phone at 9 sharp, my appointment time and she scolded me like a child and said all I did was waste his time and she refused to make me another appointment and said there was no use coming in late. I'm a dialysis patient and can only have appointments on Tuesday or Thursday. Been trying for over a year to she is is hateful and rude and flat out refuses to leave messages with his nurse and I'm in dire need to see him

      St. John Med. Ctr. in Tulsa ER had 20 or more patients waiting in the wait room where a door kept opening and freezing air kept blowing in on the sick and elderly. I was disgusted at how they were being treated by waiting hours to see a doctor or get a room. They get millions of dollars donated yet it goes to build a wing onto the bldg. or something else that really isn't important as taken care of those waiting for hours in the cold and in pain. My mother went in for pneumonia by ambulance. She waited in the wait room for 12 hours and still not checked out. She was given an oxygen bottle so she could get her oxygen level up while waiting. Next morning she was still in the waiting room. She asked me to take her home because she was tired of waiting. The doctor said she would die without her oxygen but she insisted she wanted to leave. Big business with small brains. I'm looking into getting a lawyer to sue these people for wrongful death.

      Do not use any St John facility. Any business associated with ********* should be avoided at all cost. Their "doctors" are subpar at best. Their billing department is worse.

      Ascension St. John's Hospital in Owasso Oklahoma transfered my mother out of state without my knowledge. After the transfer happened, the receiving hospital left a voice mail for one of my sisters saying our "FATHER" was transfered. My mother was supposed to be transfered to St John's main Hospital in Tulsa. My mother has dementia and seizures, she is a fall risk. My sisters and I are on her POA as her medical advocates. St. John's Owasso has all of our correct phone #'s and yet no one called us.
      Even if she was going to transfer next door, we should have been notified.
      My mother is now even more confused. She's on an unfamiliar place without any family near by. Her cell phone wasn't transfered with her and no one answers the phone they say is in her room. This event appears to have violated our mother's rights as a patient. Practically an abduction.
      This is a huge oversight, for lack of a better word, on Ascension St. John's Hospital part. We trusted them with the care of our mother. I've called several times trying to get answers.
