Same Day Auto Repair in ************ is crooked as they come. Do NOT take your vehicle there to be worked on ever! We hired them to do work on our ****** Murano, and although they recommended a long list of unnecessary repairs, we asked that they only change the power steering pump and rear brakes. We were in a situation where we needed our vehicle fixed asap and could not wait a week for other local shops to work us in. My wife is young and pretty and she took the car in by herself at first and they saw her coming a mile away. They charged her 3 times the amount for the work that other local shops said that they would have done it for. When performing the work, they coincidentally ran into more costly problems trying to add hundreds of dollars to the repair costs. When she got the car back, it took two days for the power steering pump to perform correctly. A week after their work we noticed that the car was going through power steering fluid worse than when we took it in. After going through 5 bottles of fluid in a week, we took it back to get looked at which was also drama. The techs again tried taking advantage of my wife by lying to her about what would need to be done to figure out the problem. Once they did look at it again, they discovered that the power steering hoses was leaking from both ends and needed to be replaced. Something that should have been caught before we ever left after the initial work was done. We paid extra money to have it flushed and checked prior to us getting it back the first time. They said that they didn't see it before and that it was gonna cost us $400 more to repair. We did not accept their offer and instead are going to a reputable repair shop that does not take advantage of women, upcharge services, and not honor their own warranties on work performed. I do not recommend this company, and will never use their services again.

I will never go to nor recommend these incompetent people to anyone, I am in fact considering hiring a lawyer for the damage they have done to my car

Recently my wife took our 2014 Chevy Traverse into the shop due to not having any break lights. After two different days of visiting this shop for troubleshooting and a $100 diagnostic fee we were told that there are major electrical issues that they can't fix it without completely replacing the entire fuse box assembly. This will cost ~$900. My wife let them know we would need to get a second opinion and was told "anywhere else will tell you the same thing." She then did a few minutes of googling to find which fuse controlled the taillights and went to the local Autozone to buy one and test it out. Resolved the issue for less than $5. Clearly either the technicians here are trying to milk unsuspecting people for thousands of dollars OR are entirely ineffectual at their jobs. Avoid this place.

This repair facility demonstrated complete ineptitude and is untrustworthy. It repaired my vehicle at a cost of over $6,000 without my authorization and illegally impounded the vehicle. Since they don't seem to bother keeping up with law I thought I would share the following with other potential victims about this particular repair shop. A new section of Oklahoma Law- Section 1603 of Title 47 unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. 1. No repairs on a motor vehicle shall be performed by a motor vehicle repair garage unless the garage obtains the written consent of the customer. Moreover, the statute makes it clear that a mechanic must always act in good faith and work must be authorized by the owner of the vehicle for a mechanic's lien to be valid. I did NOT sign any agreement, contract or document to authorize Sameday Auto for the repair work. When contacted, other local Sameday Auto store managers told me that for the sole purpose of protecting the business and before any repairs can begin on work orders (especially over $6,000.00) would require at minimum the following: * A Customer signature for authorization (contract agreement) * A preliminary credit check (customer viability) * A Down payment (security deposit) * A Customer signature for warranty selection * Or proof of Insurance check paid directly to Sameday Auto None of the above occurred, thus eliminating the practice of good faith and I am left with no other choice but to take legal action against this less than reputable repair facility. DON'T BE A VICTIM!

They are a bad company, brought my car in to get fixed for the power steering and engine light and getting hot first off they had my car for 4 days and when I get it back the check engine light still comes on and it is still hard to turn call them next day to tell them this is happening and they say bring it in next day so I did, they come telling me a hose for the power steering has a whole in it like I did it overnight and it will cost me 400 more dollars to fix it after I already paid them 1400 in the first place. So you telling me that you didn't fix what you were suppose to fix in the first place and my car is still mess up 1400 dollars later. I'm not happy and somethings got to stop, they are cheating people out of their money.
