    Poor customer service. They do not stand behind their work. There is no way these other reviews are honest. They replaced a lenox thermostat that had gone bad, on a system that is hard wired and will not run without the designed thermostat for the specific system. Unbeknownst to me they ordered the same brand but not the right model last may and it was installed in June. It took the technician quite some time to install it and he admitted at the time that he was having trouble getting it to work. I remember asking him questions about why the new thermostat did not have some features that the old one did but the technician discounted it. Fast forward to November and my system would only blow cold air even when on the heat setting. I tried repeatedly to get a hold of them through their office and could not get anyone to answer the phone let alone return a message or an email. I finally found the number of the technician that had come out 5 months before and he called the office for me. I waited 1 week for an appointment and when I called and tried to confirm I was told they had changed the appointment because they had overbooked. When they didn't show up on the scheduled day they tried to blame me stating that I didn't answer my phone when in reality they had called my deceased husbands cell phone not mine and I had just confirmed the appointment myself the day before. I was fed up so I called a different company who not only provided superior customer service but informed me of the problem of the wrong thermostat. I paid, yes paid for another brand new thermostat, which was the correct one and also came with a 2 year warranty for parts and service. You decide for yourself but I believe my experience speaks for itself.
