The design of our pool is beautiful and I have to thank DJ for that. The main problems I have had with this company is its operations and customer service. It has now been 180 days since our project was started and we still have items to be completed. At contract signing, it stated our pool would take 70 days to complete. We are on our third project manager with this company since starting and not a single one of them has communicated with me. It has been very common to wait days and weeks for answers and their favorite phrase is " We will have an answer for you next week". I'm sure you will attempt to state that all of our delays are due to material shortages which is not true. The delays on this project have been from ordering materials at the last minute and failing to meet your promised deadlines which in turn forced your subcontractors to reschedule. This created a domino effect throughout all the contractors and leaves me "the customer" waiting. I can not recommend your company to anyone for anything other than a design and it is heartbreaking that I regret using your company for our pool build. I truly hope you develop processes within your company to make sure no customer ever feels the way I do after spending over ****** with your company

We Do Encantada Pools A Favor and They Treat Us Like We Owe Them Access Onto Our Private Land!When our neighbor asked to use our private driveway to allow Encantada Pools to transport materials and build their pool, we agreed as long as we were notified before each use. However, Encantada Pools has never called us for permission before time and time again, driving every form of vehicle on our private road!When we called to discuss our concerns, Encantada tried to tell us that our private drive was public. When we try to explain the truth to them, they became belligerent and rude beyond comprehension! Yet they keep driving up and down our driveway whenever they feel like it! And in the process the have destroyed the plant life along the property line.So today we drive hours to their office, property deeds and plot surveys in hand, to try and talk to them about how they are using our private driveway. Instead of a logical conversation about how we have helped them and our neighbor, the owner of Encantada Pools berates and curses at us, even threatening to arrest us for trespassing in their office.How ironic! He threatens us with trespassing while he uses our land like he owns it. The owner of Encantada has done nothing except make us regret ever deciding to be nice to neighbors.The irony continues as we are drawing up plans to build a pool on our lot! But I wouldn't hire the owner of Encantada Pools to build a cesspool much less one I would actually swim in!
