It was great working with *** she helped me feel comfortable with shipping my anxious dog. It was nice to know that all of the travel would move forward smoothly. The pick up and drop off services were great and made me feel even more comfortable with my pet's travel!! It was nice to see photos of them when they arrived. We just PCSd with the military and to say it has been chaos would been an understatement. From last minute orders to same day tickets Ive been a wreck, but and thats a big BUT Happy Tails Travel made moving my Presa Canario (Kronos) stress free. I had to go back and forth with my consultant *** multiple times and never once did she make me feel bad that I had so many questions or had to change things. The pick up and delivery drivers were phenomenal with last minute changes as well since we were on a military base and that made the pick up and drop off a bit more complicated. My boy was taken care of the entire way and wasnt nervous at all with any of the handlers and that says a lot since one was a man and hes not a fan of men. I cried so much after dropping him off knowing that they were going to take such good care of him. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you so much Happy Tails Travel!!!Review from Jake H

Happy Tails is amazing! They were extremely professional and helpful while moving our dog across the country. The driver was great and kept us well informed throughout the trip with pictures, texts, and videos. I am so happy with the whole experience and I will absolutely hire them again!Review from Wendy J

Happy Tails Travel was fantastic. **** is settling in beautifully and we could not be happier with the care he received from ***** on his drive from *******. ***** was so caring and communicative during the drive and made great time. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands, particularly as he had just experienced the loss of his owner passing away and everything changing for him. Happy Tails Travel service was excellent from the initial outreach all the way through to delivery. Happy Tails is seriously the best! They made the tough process of moving my cat from western ** to HI so much easier. They really worked with me to find the best flight options. I was nervous about ****** having to stay over night to make her flight, but **** and ****** were fantastic; she got to stay in a hotel room and **** took the time and effort to get to know her before their trip together and made sure she got all of her medicine on time! ****** also took the time to contact the agriculture center for HI to ensure that ****** would meet the criteria due to her circumstances. I am so grateful for Happy Tails, I dont know if I could have done it without them.Review from Christine C

Happy Tails is the best company! My mother needed her 2 cats, ***** and *****, transported from ********** to ****** this past summer. Happy Tails was recommended so I called them. From start to finish the service was flawless. ***** was able to get the (scaredy) cats into 2 comfy pet carriers with no problems. He drove them all the way to Kansas which included an overnight stay at pet friendly hotel. He sent updates and pictures. The cats were delivered on time and in great condition ***** even helped to set them ** in my mother's new apartment. I couldn't be more pleased with Happy Tails and I highly recommend them. ******** at Happy Tails Travel was extremely professional! Their communication was clear and timely and response time was impeccable. They really showed care and concern for my pets safety and comfort, while ensuring drop off & pick up was a smooth, easy process. Last night our two kitties completed their journey from ** to CT with Happy Tails. It was seamless from start to finish!! After months of agonizing and endless researching (whether to do it, how to do it, when to do it) we were down to the wire and took the plunge. I cannot say enough positive about our experience with Happy Tails. From our first conversations and ongoing planning with ****** to the actual journey with driver ****, it was amazing. Communications before, during, and after the journey were clear and consistent and anxiety alleviating. Pictures along the way, texts letting us know how it was going, and professionalism tempered with love and humor were abundant. I just wish I hadnt worried so much about it all before. Hopefully this first hand experience can help alleviate that for you. This is beyond a 5 star company!! I highly recommend Happy Tails. Happy Tails Travel did a FANTASTIC JOB transporting our two dogs and cat across the country. ******** was quick to respond and answer questions along the way, and our two drivers did such a great job with our animals. Happy Tails Travel is an amazing company to work with. We recently had a military move that required long distance travel. They were so amazing at answering all our questions, preparing all documents for travel, and making sure our dog was well taken care of. We had ground transportation, air travel and delivery services. It was affordable, friendly and eased all our worries. We received pictures and message throughout our dogs travel. Absolute amazing company and people!
