      KEEP AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!I've bought fish from many other sites with very little problems, and if there was an issue the business took care of it. I placed an order with this place, and when it didn't arrive as per the **** tracking info I tried contacting this guy and getting him to respond is almost impossible. After numerous attempts I finally got a response, and he was unbelievably rude and obnoxious. His response was that once he ships the order his responsibility ends. It's the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and trace it with ****. 3 days later I finally got a response from **** telling me the box had been delivered and put in to a bank of mailboxes where I live. Now the box with the fish clearly indicates there's livestock in the box, and they've always delivered those to my door. I live in *******, so naturally this fish was baked to death, sadly. The owner of this place didn't want to hear about it and told me not to order from him again. This guy and his business are BAD NEWS!!

      This company ships out dead fish when you select the slower shipping. I received a fraction of the fish I ordered alive, the mass majority of the fish looked to be dead for about a week.Automated customer service when they feel like answering.Sometime you get an answers from a very snaky and insecure person.Action needs to be taken on this company.

      Worst business to do with order the fish charge my credit card and never receive the order. I believe it a scam consumer business never buy from them. I need to call my credit card to dispute the transaction hopefully they back charge them.

      Horrible Customer Contact, missing products, not the right products, no way to contact anyone. I should have learned from the first order mess up they credit me to **** me into a 2nd order that was even worse!!!!they have done nothing right!!!!

      Received a nerite snail, shipped in a bag mostly full of air. After properly acclimating the snail, it did not survive. Called costumer service multiple days in a row, with no answer and their voicemail full. DAYS later, email support finally got back to me, stating the animal was fine because "the shell wasn't empty" on arrival and the animal died because I "poisoned [it] with copper" despite my water tests saying otherwise.

      This company is terrible at customer service. I ordered online and two weeks later the fish still had not been shipped. I called and wrote emails multiple times requesting a possible eta. No response and their voice mailbox was full. I finally sent them an email threatening to report them to the BBB and I disputed the charge on my credit card. The very next day I received an email from them stating that the shipment had been sent. I received some fish but not all I had purchased but by this point I knew I would get nowhere trying to contact them for a credit nor a replacement fish. This was by far the worst experience from an aquatic animal distributor I have ever had!

      Terrible place! My order took an extremely long time to be sent, and what I got was not plant bulbs and tubers as ordered, but stems and cuttings. I spent a lot of money there and in the end have nothing to show since none of the plants grew.

      Worst company I think I've ever had to deal with. They will Mess up your order. Send you dead plants and dead animals. You will pay more for extra insurances just to have them not follow what they promised to do. When your stuff is wrong, dead and missing. Expect absolutely no resolution or communication from them on any front. They're scamming people getting rich by preying off buyers who are unaware of their terrible business practices. I've wasted several hundred $ in a two part fish and plant order from them. Believe all their bad reviews. I honestly believe the few good ones are faked. I have a group on fb dedicated to the victims of this fake company. I'm on dozens of fish community boards. There's not one single person who know's them who likes them...Don't waste your money. Spend it anywhere else. I've had literally better luck off ***** I've had amazing good results with imperial tropics and ******** fish tanks and aquarium co op ... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.. because that's what it'll be

      Total loss - 1 fish arrived dead, 2 fish wrong species! No email communication during the process. I wish I had read the online reviews before I ordered from them! Admittedly, part of the failure was the **** which turned a 1-day Express package into a 3-day delivery. But, with **** problems the last 1.5 years, reputable breeders should be shipping via *** or other commercial carrier. The pricey "Red Snooks" (Petenia splendida) which somehow managed to survive the ordeal were in reality Red Devils (most likely a hybrid of Amphilophus labiatus and citrinellus). No response from them at all! I will obviously never deal with them ever again - and I suggest you don't either!
