Met **** at the ****** ********* and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. I scheduled an annual maintenance service call online that evening and received a confirmation in the morning. They came on time and performed the work that was required. They were professional,knowledgeable and friendly. My garage door wouldn't open with the remote, it would only work if I pressed down and held the button inside the garage. I called, explained the problem and was given an appointment time within a few days. A technician came out and did an inspection. The antenna or whatever received the signal from the remote was no longer working. I needed a new motor with remotes. When the motor came I received another appointment and it was installed. The technician was polite and professional. He made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. The company answered my call on a Friday afternoon at 5:30. The gentleman was pleasant, professional, and helpful. I asked for an appointment and he said they had an opening the next morning. He showed up on time. He didn't tell me I needed a new garage door opening, he just fixed the problem. The price was reasonable. I would recommend A-Authentic Garage Door Service without hesitancy. My garage door quit just before the 2022 New Year. Previously, I'd called A-Authentic for a problem with the spring and they were great. Called again and received the same excellent response and service- over a holiday! Transparency- A+ The technician performed a comprehensive diagnosis, gave me all the scenarios, and I chose what I wanted. He called to check for parts on speaker phone so I received an honest timeline and estimate. Scheduling and Communication- A+ ********** staff provides a window of time and asks if I could flex if they can make it earlier. They were checking in to confirm and advise that their schedule was opening up, and the technician was there exactly as promised. Knowledge-A+++ The technician was 'fluent' in garage door systems, thus the time diagnosing, problem-solving, and restoring was completed efficiently and thoroughly. He taught me how to re-program my remotes and keypad, and also did the required check and maintenance on other parts. Overall Excellence- A+. This family owned, friendly business has my highest recommendation.A-Authentic Garage Door Service Co.-Tucson Response
