      They owe me a credit of $814. Said corporate would call me. Never did. I owe money that I pay every month. I don't want to pat any more. Please advise.

      We purchased recliner from *** Levitz 18 months ago with a 5 year extended warranty. Mechanism broke and could not be repaired. Levitz took recliner back and issued credit memo. Not refunding money. Do not want any of their furniture, just want our money back. They refuse. DO NOT BUY FROM *****************!!!

      Terrible communication. Extended warranty is not worth it. And you are not to move out of ******. To use your warranty . Been trying to figure out since last Nov 2023 finally finally in Feb 2024. Started getting somewhere was hospitalized got side tracked in April 2024 spoke with ***** since than ***** ****** and trying to get a hold of the manager ***** is crazy. I can not get my pillow covers replaced. Now they been in the warehouse for over a month. Still hearing excuses. , As well my catch split at the lining in the day I paid my last payment. But because I am in flagstaff 4 hours a way I would need to drive down there drop it off. No idea how long it will need to be down there. So that isn't going to work.

      *** Levitz has taken my money and delivered faulty merchandise which was returned to them for repair and was unable to fix so I was given a notice that I would be refunded fully and the merchandise was picked up for return by *** Levitz on March 1, 2024. As of this date I have not received my refund. I have called several times since March 1, 2024 and have been lied to that a check was mailed but never received. Then I was told a check was written but needed signing. Still no receipt of funds. I am 93 years old and need to have my money returned to me. *** Levitz has both my money and the returned furniture. Help, please.

      tried to purchase a sectional which at the time showed available then I was told it was on back order for a month. when I checked on it again I was told that it would be now available until July,2 months later, then in July after waiting more time, it was no longer going to be ordered and I was not contacted this was the circumstance I only found out after me trying to unsuccessfully reach customer several times leaving messages and texts in regards to this order, (with no return texts or phone calls) it is then that I found out there would be no further shipments. I am furious. Awful customer service only to be told I have to file a complaint w BBB to get my money back!!! I placed this order in March

      Horrible customer service. ********************** purchased in **** was notified in June they were not ordering anymore and they would refund me in ***** business days a whole month goes by and no refund. **** answer calls and the manager is always out finally drive up there and what do you know, the accounting manager is not there. They gave us an email to corporate and said they would be in touch. Im having to file a dispute with my bank.

      I have been owed money since january 2024. ******* has tried unsuccessfully to get my refund. I called *** Levitz headquarters and they said I cant talk to anyone. Thinking lawsuit, and bad references about the store, customer service and management. Rating of zero. Very poor business practices! I will certainly never recommend them for anything.

      We were told we would get a refund by check within 10 days after picking up our furniture on 06/18/2024. Today (07/13/2024) was the third call made checking the status of my check and was told that they are waiting for the *** to sign the check. I was also told that they have no idea when the *** will show up to sign my check. NOT GOOD BUSINESS *** LEVITZ!!!!!!!!!!

      10/10 would Not recommend!!! Worse customer service and no supervisor/ managers work there as nobody would return phone calls. They repaired a couch and brought it back in worse condition than it left in. Didnt want the couch and the delivery men wouldnt take it back. Awfully rude customer service representative the list goes on and on.
