      My husband and I purchased a loveseat, sofa and recliner on 11/26/2022 at the Ina location. We told the sales person multiple times that the furniture needed to be in stock/available immediately. After deciding on a set, we confirmed that the items were in stock and paid in full for the items. While arranging for delivery, the manager then corrected the sales person, that the loveseat was in fact, NOT in stock, but the other 2 items were. We were then told that the loveseat would be available, "in a few weeks". We decided that we could wait a few weeks, and scheduled delivery for the couch and recliner for Dec. 3rd. On Jan 18th, we had not heard anything further about the loveseat, and I called. I was told that the loveseat was STILL on order, and we could expect delivery in March. I was assured that our original sales associate, Dominick, would be in regular contact with us to advise of the status. On March 10th, I still had not been contacted by anyone at the store. I again called for an update and was told that the loveseat MAY be shipped from the manufacturer at the end of March, and I could likely expect delivery in April, but was told it might be sooner. I again was assured that Dominick, our original sales associate, would keep in regular touch with me. I told the person that I had not heard one single word from ANYONE after our original purchase, and was assured they would follow-up. That same day, I also emailed the store at [email protected] and posted a Google review expressing my concerns. Neither of these contacts has been acknowledged or responded to. Now 3 weeks later, I still have not had ANYONE from the store contact me. At this point, they have made it abundantly clear that my business is not important. I would like to return the 2 items we received and cancel the loveseat that I paid for but never received, for a full-refund of $8982.79. I would like to purchase a complete, matching set that is in fact in stock somewhere else.
