I am convinced that this clinic has a deliberate scheme to prey on their patients in order to make more money. Some of the "lowest" Goggle reviews mention expensive dental work recommended by their dentist which, as it turns out, is unnecessary. I can confirm that in my case that is exactly what happened. A non-existent cavity he "found" on the Xray under an existing crown. So it was time for a filling and new crown. I don't know for sure how much this would cost since they were evasive about a "work plan". But, I did get a copy of the Xray image. That visit was for a routine cleaning a year ago. Since then I have had no problem with the tooth and a friend of mine who is a dentist saw no cavity on the Xray.These people HAVE TO BE STOPPED.Review from Claudette G

I have had major dental work in the past with other dentist offices and I have never experienced such problems. They billed me $10,000 up front for a procedure that I feel was not necessary. As it turned out the surgery and procedure went totally wrong and now Im left without any teeth on one side of my mouth. This all began over five months ago. This has caused me to have anxiety and unable to eat properly. After going back and forth for several months with no communication from this office I believe that they should be accountable and refund me all the money charged to me including interest paid to their financial institution. I now have to go to another dentist to complete/repair the damage that has been caused which will cost me to have further debt.Review from Christina J

Im actually sad to be leaving because **************** is amazing but the rest of the staff have terrible customer service and mannerisms. They scheduled me and sent me a confirmation for my appointment time. However, when I showed up they refused to see me stating my appointment was at a different time. I showed them two different confirmations FROM THEIR OFFICE and not only was refused to be seen but the hygienist proceeded to yell at all when I told her to cancel my appointment all together and that I was done with their office. It wouldnt have been an issue had I been given the CORRECT appointment time because then I wouldnt have taken a full day off work. Taking that full day cost me during the holidays. I only went at that time because THEY scheduled! Im super frustrated!
