              I’ve had my phone to this repair shop 7 times because their techs kept damaging my phone. My phone has completely quit working now. The last time I went into the shop I let them know that I was moving out of state and needed to be assured this was the last time id be able to come in and needed it fixed properly. They assured me it would be fixed properly but several days later it quit working again. This shop refuses to help me get my phone repaired or to replace my phone. They assured me a year warranty on all their work and now they refuse to help me and I’m now without a working phone. I own a consulting business and I’m losing money every moment my phone is not working. All I want is for the shop to have my phone repaired by APPLE because I no longer trust their services or to give me a replacement phone for destroying mine.

              Read the fine print...They are NOT responsible if their tech damages something while "fixing" your device. I was more than patient and understanding but on my last visit to try and resolve the problem they created the atmosphere was hostile and it was clear they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. I'm sure they are experts in iphone stuff but do yourself a favor and take your android device somewhere else.
