Desert Diamond Casino in ****** off *******, this is My review for your location... This casino is a straight rip off and joke, from the day I came through the doors I seem to be mistreated & derogatorily labeled by EACH OF YOUR STAFF members for the whole head count of workers there. I try to be respectful, mind the rules, act like a good standing customer; but when I can't EVER just sit down ****** keep low key to myself due to the floor staff or casino security or management it becomes an issue. Attitudes from everyone in EVERY department and when it's formally brought up to their higher **** they sit and depict everything even more so than the original issue maker! I'm NEVER right, even with validated proof in receipt or writing in your casino staff eyes and to top it all off I NEVER ACTUALLY win ANYTHING there.. I'll be doing okay, and if playing with my card suddenly it all goes downhill. I sign up for a club card and I've spent allot of money in a little amount of time but I never receive anything for promotions and any free play EVER now yet to this very day. I go outside to my vehicle, parked away from main close to doors parking but still in limits of lot to smoke a cigarette or take a ************ barely light up my smoke ONLY to be watched and harassed by security parking lot staff... For what?! Don't list yourself as a safe zone for people to park rest or come in for casino play off they CAN'T actually try doing that. Almost all of your staff need a reality check & attitude adjustment quick Rather than not at all. People do not appreciate or deserve the sneering down ur nose BS you guys bring forth to people who aren't to your standards. I'm NOT suggesting anyone visits this business unless they are fair warned that nothing I've Said is a joke or exaggerated story. I review consistently & thoroughly everywhere I go so people can better predict their plans, look me up on ****** contributions see my ******************* this place is stereotype prone 100%

If I could give a zero star I would. Two weekends ago I went out there, yes I probably had a little too much to drink. Security told me they were kicking me out because I was told twice to get off my phone no one ever ever told me I was kicked out for two weeks. Im a regular player, most floor and dealers know who I am. I came to play tonight bought in $1600, floor man knew my name and asked if I had a players card (clearly knew who I was as much dealers and floor do) hour later after losing and rebuying. My ****** comes and asks me to leave and tells me about this two week ban I didnt know about AFTER I lost and the floor man that cleared my buy in knows who I am. I asked *************** if I can talk to him about it since hes a manager and he just kept saying Ill get a letter. I left peacefully. I called *************** to talk to him About it after I left and he hung up on me terrible customer service. *** spent a lot of money there and take care of the dealers tremendously. *************** being a manager has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I was not a criminal, but I was treated like a disgrace. I was extremely embarrassed and disrespected and the fact they even let me buy in and lose first when they clearly know who I am is terrible! Tells me the character of the people running the place. *************** said Ill be kicked out anytime I go now and I did nothing and left peacefully. Maybe people shouldnt be overserved alcohol there.
