Hello ****, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion, but your appointment was a drop off appointment and we explained when you dropped off the vehicle that we would contact you midafternoon once your vehicle was actually in the shop and had been inspected. You called for an update at around 1:00pm, at which point we let you know that your vehicle was up next. You decided that you didn't want us to service the vehicle and you came to pick it up. We attempted to apologize and offered a coupon for the misunderstanding, which you declined. Again, we're sorry for the confusion and we wish you the best.

Poor service and zero integrity from ownership down to customer service personnel. Made an appointment to have a solenoid installed as I previously had two diagnosis. Discussed the situation specifically when making the appt. Confirmed appt 45 minutes prior. Long story short, guy at the front desk (****), neglected to order the part and tried to cover his mistake by saying I needed to make another appt. When I questioned why, he finally, obviously frustrated, admitted his mistake and became frustrated with ME. I responded in kind, plus some and the situation ended with **** jumping up and down in the street begging me to come back and fight him. The most disturbing part of all of this is the owner denying his employees culpability and trying to dump responsibility on the customer as evident by his response to all the other negative reviews of his business. Don't be duped by the commercials people. Those are paid for by the customer.

Thank you (again) for your feedback, *******. We are not disputing your negative experience with our manager. We have acknowledged your disappointment in ** not ordering the part ahead of time and explained in other forums over the past month why that was the case. You have already apologized for using foul language toward our manager and we do apologize for our manager becoming upset as a result. It was a poor experience for you, no doubt. Were truly sorry about that and wish you all the best.

Extremely dissapointed and feel like we were ripped off!We took our Dodge SUV in to get diagnosed for running rough, missing and RPM's reving intermittently. We were charged $125.00 for the diagnosis. We were quoted over $4000.00 to do repairs on the engine alone and $5900.00 for transmission repairs!!!We took the vehicle to a competitor for a 2nd opinion. They repaired the engine for $95.00 including all parts and labor. And said Transmission repairs would only be a few hundred dollars. We are requesting a refund of the $125.00 that we were charged since its obvious they did nothing!!!

Hello **************. When you brought your vehicle to us, these are the concerns you told us about and asked us to look into: check engine light is on, vehicle is running rough like it's missing, the transmission shifts harsh at times, RPMs rev up at times, (plugs are new), vehicle has to be jumped every few days, and the radio cuts out at times.During our inspection and diagnosis, for which you paid $125.00, we noticed that the check engine light was not illuminated and we didn't find any history codes, which means that it was cleared with a scanner and did not go off on its own. We observed that the engine camshafts were worn (ticking and uneven cranking via a vacuum test). This is very common issue on these engines which is why we recommended replacing them with the appropriate parts. The transmission fluid was dark and the technician felt the transmission slippinghe let us know it possibly needed a new transmission. The tech was concerned that if we did a transmission fluid flush, which is likely what you had done at the other shop, the transmission would lock up with the addition of the new fluid. This is why we suggested a new transmission. Our prediction is that your transmission will continue to slip (even after the fluid flush) and at some point in the near future it will need to be replaced.
