      NO STARS AT ALL!!! ****************** while i took a car for a test drive for the day, they ransacked my car, unhooked my stereo system, my glove compartment is empty, lots of tools n electric gadgets GONE!!! They said the employees were misinformed. Soooo mad

      Back in November i purchased a car from there and i was disappointed in the car they sold me. I had the car for a litte over a week saw oil leaking. So luckily they gave me this warranty 2 years or ***** miles. I called several times no answer left messages and emails. No responds until you have to go in person then you can make appointment but it would be a week before they will get to it. So only one car i needed it until they can work on it. Finally time **mes i was told i needed to rent a car they had no loaners i did not have money to rent a car. but they said they would reimburse the charge. i did get a ride back home. It took them 3 weeks before i got my car. Oh they did say i can have loaner car now since somebody brought back in one. after a few weeks brakes started to go and the alignment was bad not to mention car was running bad. for several weeks i tried making appointments to get it worked on but no one never answers there phone and i cant stop working because again i drive my girlfriend to work and i travel for work.so i would be losing money. but i took it into brake master to have it checked the cadilic **nverter is going out and im trying to get someone at cactus auto to fix my car before warranty is out but nothing. went in day after memorial day to see if i can just have it worked on or trade because i told them they sold me a *****. they rold me no it was not. when you have to put in a new water pump and timing belt brakes going out **ntrol bar going out. not to mention cadlic **nverter going out and i got proof it is because i got diagnostics on it. transmission slipping. So they say we will try to help you with $4000 dollars down and trade in then you can get another car. That is not helping its trying to manipulate me to give them a sale. They knew they sold me ***** ac**rding to what i make and my girlfriend makes anf with my dads help with ** signing i **uld of gotten the car i originally wanted.

      I put my down payment on May 28th was told it would take a week to complete the vehicle repairs. It is August 3rd I have never picked up my vehicle

      This Company is untrustworthy! What is quoted to you from the salespeople is not what the finance office will want you to pay...They want more!! The "gentlemen's handshake" of the salesperson does not hold water, it doesn't matter what they quote you, I was told, it's not the salesperson's call, it's the boss who has the final say! Needless, to say, they received a wire from my bank for full payment of a vehicle and when our deal fell through because of their dishonesty, then they took 2 full days and me having to call them 6 times in one day for them to finally write a check and make me go pick it up.This is one of the worst customer service places I have ever visited. They have no manners and they go back on their word! Stay away from Cactus Auto Company!

      I bought my vehicle October 14th, 2021. What I thought was going to be a smooth and easy purchase of a vehicle became a nightmare to deal with. Not only were they quick to take my down payment and send me off the lot WITHOUT plates, but I had to bring the vehicle back for repairs within 11 days of having it. Thankfully the ************************ covered this. I was relieved, until I kept calling for updates and could never get a hold of anyone. Finally after 3 days with no vehicle, I went in hoping that the repairs were done and I could pick up the car. Low and behold, the car hadn't even been touched. I was told that the car would be done by 4pm that day (Wednesday), but when 3:10pm rolled around, I got a call saying that they had ordered the wrong parts. This is what struck me as weird, seeing as the repairs I needed done were a 2-3 hour labor job. Yet they called me 50 minutes before the ******************* closed. So now, on my fifth visit to this dealership within 14 days, my mother accompanied me with concerns that this dealership was purposely trying to hold the vehicle until my warranty was up so we couldn't report any further issues. That's when their "head mechanic" ********* decided to take it upon himself to argue with her and blatantly admit that the vehicle had these problems BEFORE they sold it to me, and that no 5 point inspection had been done, which is not what I was told by the salesman when I signed for the car. He also stated that I "don't get special treatment" even though I had an appointment for these repairs. I was also badgered by an employee in the service department about why I did not purchase the extended warranty, which was completely beside the point. Please don't waste your time with this dealership, especially if you're a young female planning to go buy a vehicle alone. They will take advantage of you and say anything to get you to sign. I received poor communication throughout the entire process, other than the salesman calling me 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks to close on the vehicle. Afterwards I was lucky to get anyone to answer the phone. Funny how the website says "When you visit us, you won't be met with any of the sales gimmicks or dishonest business practices that have given the used car industry such a bad reputation". Some of the most deceitful and immoral "business practices" I've encountered. I'd give zero stars if it were possible.
