***** was exceptional in every way! I would highly recommend this company. Service technician, sales, installers- -all professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and able to answer every question in great detail. It's rare these days to find a company with such a high standard of service at a very fair price. We have been ripped off or dissatisfied many times by other companies who did work on our house--this was a refreshing experience!Review from Lalo C

My ac quit working last night. I called D&H early this morning and within an hour they were here and ***** the tech quickly sprung into action and the problem was solved. ***** was very polite and very professional. Prompt service and knowledgeable technician. I like that they informed me early that day what time they would be able to come to my house. Before arriving James called and said he’d be there in 40 minutes—which she was. He serviced the air conditioner and charged me exactly what he said the charge would be before he started the work. I am convinced D&H are scammers.Our blower motor stopped. D&H sent a technician that said that both our blower motor and controller motherboard were broken.They quoted us about $3800 for both of those parts, and we would have to wait days in the heat of the summer for them to come fix it. I called another service who came quickly and got our "broken" blower motor working to cool our house while we waited on the new motherboard. In the end, we paid a total of about $600, including labor. D&H tried to take advantage of a desperate situation, and I was lucky I avoided being scammed by them.D&H Air Conditioning & Heating Response

Dishonest company now! We have been with this company for years. Have had the maintenance program. They charged me $1637.00 for a fan motor and refused to provide a break down of the charges. They would not provide pictures that were taken or let her speak to a manger. We have called and got quotes from other companies for less than ****** for this part and labor. One company confirmed it was a refurbished part installed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!D&H Air Conditioning & Heating Response
