      I was pleasantly surprised when I called because my furnace wouldnt turn on during a cold spell to find ******** came out the next day and fixed it right then after noticing a problem and going to get a part. He is always willing to go beyond. Thanks for the great response.

      Great customer and technician service! Product, I feel, not so much. Had a new HVAC unit installed in May 2015 and during the past 6-1/2 years had to replace the motor, had to add more freon (although technician did not find any leaks), had to replace the thermostat, had to have the coil cleaned, and most recently was informed that the coil now needs to be replaced.

      Professional..we have a maintenance contract with them and they've finally stopped trying to sell us a new AC every time they come to check the unit and install a clean filter twice a year.

      ******** and ***** were very professional. After Steamy Concept provided very poor service and incomplete information, ******** and ***** completed the drywall in the garage, connected the water heater and installed the new HVAC system. The delays from Steamy Concept were corrected by ******** and *****. I would like recommend both. They did an outstanding job.

      I was not at my house when the tec showed up. A friend ************************* let him in. She said that he was very courteous , and when he completed the installation, he cleaned up everything.

      Worst experience I've ever had. Experience started out great. On initial call they sent someone out immediately. The tech told us we needed a new unit. Since install of the unit it's been an absolute nightmare. We where promised a portable unit while we waited 6 days for a new unit to come in. This never happened and we where told to just go buy one ourselves and then return it. We are going on 3 weeks since they installed the new unit and it's never worked correctly. They've damaged the drywall in ceiling coming through the attic with one workers boot. Damaged attic entry, damaged laundry shelving unit, damaged drywall in the laundry room, left a mess in the attic (empty water bottles, spilt pvc glue, screws, cut pieces of metal) and did a poor job putting the garage entry door back on. All issues I have taken pictures of and have documented on a list. They've reused parts and equipment during install of new unit, used my personal tools (including shop vac, extension cords, floor ****, hammer, pry bar and cordless drill), said they would over night a part over a week ago that still hasn't come in yet all while the "Brand New" unit runs around the clock and never gets to the set temperature on the thermostat and is very loud. My wife, myself and 3 children have been hot constantly in our house and have had to run oscillating fans in every room to sleep half way decent over the last 3 weeks. I've also have tried to call the manager/owner and haven't been called back. Only positive I could say about this company is that the tech Ray has tried his hardest when he's here to fix the previous mistakes done by the original installers. It just seems as though he's over worked and tired when he is here and seems to be pulled in too many directions. As of 07/21/2021 (been almost a month now) our brand new unit runs around the clock and house gets to over 80 degrees mid day and doesn't cool down until *****pm nightly. The airflow is not the same throughout the house which we have communicated several times to them. Owner never responds to our calls. We have been told to just let it run because it is under warranty if it breaks. No consideration for what our electric **** will be. We have wasted so much time on this and have to make ourselves available based on their scheduling and they have no regard to our work schedules, kids school schedules now, and sports. This whole experience has been horrible and should not be acceptable and allowed by a licensed contractor. We want our AC to function correctly and to be compensated for our time, our higher electric **** that will be coming, and contestant stress undue hardship of living through the ** summer in a hot house. This is just a very short summary of events, we have much more documented details that we can provide as well as pictures.

      Breezeways’s customer service is impressive. When our A/C went out, we called at 9:30 P.M. and had Ron at the house by 11:00 the following morning. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, grabbed a part from the truck, and had cool air blowing in about half an hour. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Based on our experiences and thorough satisfaction over the past few years, I would recommend Breezeways to anyone.
