ZERO STARS!!! I got a 2016 *** 11/6/23 only had it 3 days before the battery and engine light came on. I called they took it back said they would fix it. *** replaced the battery on my own but its now 11/22/23 and Ive taken them back the car for the same issue 6 times. they give the car back they say its fixed as if the issue is gone but no not even 10 hours later my car wouldnt start. *** asked for a new car I was told no I asked for my money back I was told no. I would have to start all over and give them MORE money when I got the car I was unaware of the issues. The only thing I knew was I needed new tires and my fluids changed. Ive had the car 17 days and could only drive it maybe 6 out of the 17 days?! The car wont even work long enough for me to make it to work and back home!!! They will take my car and call me 5 hours later says its finished I can get it in the morning for it NOT TO WORK less than 10 hours after picking it up. Had they told me the issues that the car has instead of making it seem like it could get me to A and B then I would have never got it!!! Who sells someone a car that doesnt work??Review from Robert W

Office Staff is a joke. My wife called ****** stating that the payment would be in on Monday night. Come Monday Afternoon they are repo it because the insurance company cancelled the policy on car we had before this one so insurance on new car was not technically cancelled yet. Go to get car back to find out have to pay repo fee. First Choice Auto Finance LLC is just a bunch of money hungry people playing on the people who don't have it to get a regular car loan like myselfFirst Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

As we told you yesterday when you decided to hang up on me, we verified with the insurance company that your wife cashed a check from the previous vehicle and was told she STILL needed to make her insurance payment. We FIRMLY spoke with ******** and told her the payment arrangement could NOT be honored since she had no insurance. And AGAIN there is a repo fee since we had to repossess the vehicle to get the insurance back on and payment. In the future I would advise to keep your insurance active at ALL times and payment under 14 days like the contract states!! Have a great day!!Review from Mariah M

0 STARS! They are a mf joke! My job has been closed about 2 weeks and I called to explain my situation to them and usually places work with you these people will not work with you! You have to figure it out and when I did figure it out they denied my payment because the card I went to pay with was my boyfriends credit card and didn’t have my name on it I even asked if my boyfriend came up here with his ID and everything you still won’t allow me to pay it? They looked me in my face said no it needs to be my name or cash! So I asked for this in writing and they told me no they can’t do that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GET A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! I even offfered to give them half this week and half next and my car payment and it still wasn’t good enough and I put $1100 down!!First Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

First choice auto finance has policies just like any other business just because we were not able to bend to your liking does not mean we are a joke. At the time of sale you are notified that you have a grace ****** to make the payment with no penalties and unfortunately you had repeatedly used that grace ****** as a crutch instead of when you really needed to use it so when it came down to the wire and you needed help there were no more days available for you to use. Regarding our credit card policies we do not have to show you anything in writing either you choose to follow our rules or do not make the payment. These policies are put in place to protect our business and our customers just the same, if you are not ok with that we highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.Review from Leah T

Zero star they dont deserve 1 star at all. i have been with first choice auto finance for little over 6 months they repo my car stating i did not have auto insurance which i sent to their email 4 days ago. I showed them that i sent the email and the declaration page. Then i was told that they dont know who the auto insurance is since they wasnt listed on the declaration page but that wasnt my fault they had the information to call the new auto insurance which they wouldnt call my new auto insurance. I call and my new policy listed them as the less holder but then they wanted me to pay them $600 to get my car. 300 for my car note and 300 for them repo. My car note wasnt late which i told them i need until the 14th which was fine with them since i would have to pay a late fee which was fine. But they wanted $600 to get my car back they did not care i had auto insurance before they came and repo it. Which would not be my fault but very unfair for them to take my car soling beliving i didnt have car insurance which i had.First Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

First choice auto finance is VERY strict regarding our insurance policy. From the moment you decide on this vehicle you are given very specific and detailed requirements for the insurance. If YOU CHOOSE to change insurance companies while you are still under contract with us it is YOUR RESPONSIBLITY to make sure the coverage is correct and get it over to us. We have well over 600 customers and will not be contacting each one individually to see if you following policy. So in the end you failed to have the corrected coverage when YOU chose to change insurance companies.First Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

I bought a 2007 Chrysler pacifica in February got a coolant leak had my mechanic come look at it and he informed me that the cradle was rusted out and unsafe to drive contacted the car lot and they told me to bring it to them so they could check it they informed me my cradle was rusted out and the radiator was cracked they said all they would do is pay for the labor and I buy the parts. I'm on a disability income and could not afford to buy them asked if I could get a different car and was told yes with another down payment that I dont have. They sold me a car that should not be on the road and put my family in danger. Would like my money back that I have paid in or at least a different carFirst Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

On March 24th 2023, I put $1500 down on a GMC Acadia. I absolutely love the car itself. However, that day on the way home the check engine light came on. I’ve had it looked at and discovered the catalytic converter is bad. More than $2000 to fix. It also needed new tires (I was aware of this) and spent $250 replacing them with used ones for the time being. It also needs major suspension work and is having electrical issues. It’s only April 11th. I have had the car 18 days. I have driven less than 300 miles. I called to ask if they could help and was told the best they could do it push my 1st payment back 2 weeks but I still have to pay $800 for the taxes first. Today I called them and I am surrendering the vehicle. I’m losing all of my $1500 and end up with no car now. Not only was I offered zero help, but they asked me to tow the car to them. No. You can use my $1500 to tow it. All I wanted was some help. Or to swap me into something different. I can’t even drive the car. Completely unsettling and disappointing.First Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

On 3/24/2023 you test drove and decided to purchase the 2008 GMC Acadia. You were told at the time of sale that the vehicle is SOLD AS on three separate documents. We even offered you the extended warranty which you declined. We offered to help you by extending your payment but that was not enough for you. So NO you were offered help but you chose to deny the offer.Review from Miara C

I brought a car they rushed me said I could only test drive 4 cars. The car that I picked had a bad battery in it. So the changed it so I took it home and have two weeks the cat wouldn’t start. Called to ask for help people refused to help. Then I asked if I can get an extension on my tax and title since I have to pay for the car to get fixed they told me no. They also won’t give me a refund or take the car back. These people are scam artists and refuse to help people and only want moneyFirst Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

I was sold a lemon essentially and now they’re threatening to take action because I haven’t paid the taxes on the car within their 25 day period because I’ve been putting all my excess money into fixing the car. I called and asked for an extension until I can get the problem on the car (which is the electrical system being totally recalled) diagnosed and taken care of (or reimbursed) and they said they’re unable to do that as well. I was rushed through the process of buying the car during which they never disclosed the history of the car nor the fact that it had been in an accident. The only thing I was given to rush through and sign was a piece of paper stating all the generic “possible” issues that an “as-is” car could have. Overall I’m very disappointed in them as a company and if they decide to repossess my car I will take action to ensure it’s worth it for them.First Choice Auto Finance LLC Response

Sorry you are disappointed with your purchase however we offer extended warranties that would have covered your problem. After looking at your paperwork it looks as though you decided not to purchase it when it was offered to you. Our vehicles are sold as is, this was also explained at the time of sale.Review from Debbie V

They are crooks, my daughter didn't even have her vehicle for 2 weeks and the tranny went out. No test drive cause they didn't allow. So First Choice lined their pockets with hard earned money an my daughter goes without. I don't know how anyone could give this car lot 5 stars unless its their workers. An Geico really you both must be on the same page with First Choice. I hope you can live with yourselves for doing the people the way you do. This world really is going to hell with crooks like you all!!!!
