            DOS 6/1/22 amount $1782.45 I took my 1977 Corvette to AAA to have work done. They did not properly complete the services hired to do. After speaking to the regional manager, *** ******, he had me take my car to another one of his shops that he said was better equipped to fix the problems. At the second shop, the problems were not fixed, only made worse and also put a 4 inch deep scratch on the front of my car. The second shop also double charged me for things that the first shop had already charged me for. When attempting to leave the second shop, they released the car to me and it was riding on the inside of the driver side rear tire. The second shop released the car to me with the car leaking fuel due to the improper instillation of the fuel lines next to the exhaust which was leaking fuel on the exhaust. When speaking to *** ****** again to try to rectify the problems, i was rudely told he is tired of dealing with this. I finally got the problem fixed at a new shop. I would settle this matter for atleast half of my money refunded to me plus the cost of having to have the problems they caused redone in the amount of $350.

            NW Ohio AAA is absolute dog doo doo . Called at 11am for a 9 mile tow, ETA was 45 mins. Said at 11:40 they were 8 minutes away. Called and was placed on an indefinite hold. Driver tracker has changed drivers 4 times now. ETA changed from Soon to 34 mins with a new ETA of 1:03 PM. Called again and placed on ANOTHER indefinite hold. They finally called back and said another tow company has been dispatched due to the original drivers having an "emergency" and that the other driver had another tow before us. Never again. Save yourselves time and money and stay away from AAA. You're better off utilizing your auto insurance roadside assistance program.
