              I just bought a pool table. When the installers went to pick it up they found out the felt would not fit the pool table and said I would have to pay $800 more. You lost this deal, my pool supplies products and the possible sale of a $24,000 spa for my BACK yard.

              *******, I am very sorry this purchase went the way it did. We were just as shocked as you when the installers you sent said that the 8ft cloth that was on the 8ft display table you purchased did not fit. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The reason for the cost increase was due to the fact we did not charge you for the felt that was on the table and the table was heavily discounted. We never like to lose customers especially when the situation is beyond our control. We have sold many display tables and have never had this issue. I hope you reconsider being a customer but completely understand your frustration.
