Horrible company.. My dad is a disabled veteran and he called to get an estimate on windows, once he told them his address they said he was out of their district. He lives in North Toledo so he's in their district because they state they do the Toledo area. Their money is good like anybody else's and they lost a good paying customer and their business due to judging.Review from Rev. Victor C

I was give an estimate for a roof for house and garage, with **** troughs. I was first quoted above $19k. Then when the salesperson understood I wasn't going to pay that much, he said if I would "DO THEM A FAVOR" he could drop the price. He then gave me another quote closer to $15k, to put a sign in my yard. I told him "I feel like you just tried to play me." I asked; "why you just didn't start with that?" He assured me that he wasn't (but this isn't my first rodeo), and I knew before he said anything else what was coming next. He said; "this is a special offer, and we don't offer this to everyone. Let me call my manager to see if he will approve it." HERE COMES THE CATCH 22. "If he does approve it you have to take the offer right now." But that's not all. The financing doubled the price that was quoted. Basically they wanted $30,000.00 by the end of an agreed upon date. Exit stage left...

They called to cancel the appointments we had set. Not good business. I said you must not need our business. She said Ok. I would not recommend them.Integrity Home Exteriors Response

Had Spoke with a Manager by the name of Trevor and informed him how I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by a door to door salesman, he laughed it off and exclaimed it was not a matter that would be taken seriously. Lost my business after that phone call and cancelled appointment. How can a company be named Integrity when they don’t listen to concerned homeownerReview from Carolyn F.

Typical, pressured sales approach. Short, informative presentation and then the rep gave us a quote. Way higher than anticipated. She then told me that she could save us about $500 if we signed a contract that night. But she said the price would only be good for that evening. When I told her that the price was too high she said the typical “well let me see if I can call my manager and get the price lower.“ I informed her that I did not want to be pressured into making a decision that night. My husband and I could instantly see her demeanor change. She then informed us that the reason the price would only be good for that night is because this was a pretty small job for their company (she indicated the average job for them was about $12,000) and she didn’t want to have to come out another time to our place. When she said that she lost our business. If my job isn’t important to you that you don’t need my money either. And it’s a shame because it looked like they had a really nice product. But this typical pressured sales approach is used by car sales people to many home improvement companies. And I know from experience that a lot of people are tired of it.Integrity Home Exteriors Response
