I am sorry I have to file a complaint here, and I really did not want to go this far. But I have heard nothing back from Graduate Roofing regarding an unsatisfied, and incorrect installation of a Gutter Guard system, and a short replacement of our Gutters. I contracted with Graduate Roofing on February 23, 2023 to do the following (per our contract): Install New Roof Fix Gutter in back corner of House Paint Chimney Install Shower Fan Outlet Clean Gutters and install Two Boxes Menard's Viking Gutter Guards on all Gutters (Later switched to Clean Mesh Gutters) On or about March 8th, 2023 a crew from Graduate Roofing installed the Roof. A week or two later ***** *** installed the Gutter Guards. The Gutter Guards are separating at most every end, leaving large, gaping openings for debris to get through. The Gutter Guards are not angled properly (5 to 25 degree angle), and the corners have a large opening (they are not cut properly). I have contacted the manufacturer and have their response is supporting the fact that these Gutter Guards were not installed properly. I also have plenty of pictures to support my complaint. I contacted ***** *** (owner) regarding the issue on Tuesday, April 4th, April 14th and on MAY 18th I sent this message “*****, it has been about 6 weeks since I brought up the problem with the Gutters, and a month (4 weeks) since you texted me this message …"I will do whatever is required to resolve this. I will look at the video you sent and make a determination as to what needs corrected. Give me a few days to get back to things here and I really appreciate your patience with this". No response. I am looking for a $1500 Refund for the Gutter Guards ($257 for the improper installation of the Gutter at the back corner of the house, and $1243 for the improper installation of the Gutter Guards).
