placed an order 1/12/2023 online. my credit card charged 1/17 order went into ready to ship status, as of 1/25 hadn't shipped yet company doesn't answer phone, didn't respond to texts finally company said order wasn't paid for, even though I have sent them copies of my credit card statement, and a copy of the invoice from Their website showing payment was made. Their response time and attitudes suck will probably end up filing a chargeback from my Credit Card Company

Place an order on 6/22/2021 and paid additional fees to expedite for July 4th. Order arrived at the freight company's yard in Shreveport, LA for pick-up. Before loading, I could visually see where the pallet of fireworks were not wrapped. When inspected, multiple products were damaged and some were missing. The freight company noted on my BOL so that I had documentation. Upon further inspection, my order was not accurate. The company provided an alternative to a product much cheaper than what I paid. Had I not noticed, I wouldn't have received the $214 difference back from Fireworks.us. Here I am on 9/30/2021, three months after the purchase, and no refund for the damaged and missing products. Fireworks.us claims it's because of the freight company. I could easily tell by the tone and how I was spoken to by the man over the phone that he could care less, and that it wasn't his problem. He couldn't tell me any update on a resolution because they weren't working on one. Very sad that how poor the customer service was. I will also mention that two of the 250 gram aerial cakes malfunctioned and shot toward houses. Thankfully it did hurt anyone or cause damage. Please seek another wholesaler if you're in the market for fireworks.
