      Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have made my weekly payment every week and on the couple occasions where it was going to be a couple days late I get told my vehicle will be shut off no matter what. Was short 5 dollars once and they shut my car off the next day. The customer ******************** reps speak to me very unprofessional and at first I really like the company now I am just hoping to be able to pay off my loan earlier than it's supposed to be so I can deal with more professional individuals. They need better training and need to learn how to work with customers better. It's very sad because this is my only way to and from work and to take my five children where they need to go. I wouldn't give any stars if that was possible.

      I have had nothing but ongoing problems from this company as well as the terrible communication they have amongst their own staff. If we are talking I feel notes should be taken on the account so that the next person knows of the changes or notes on the account. I’ve had problem with my car less than 30 days of having it. The same issue became an ongoing problem. It got so bad that we were car less for almost 2 months due to it being in the shop. We were told if the same problem reoccurs that we would be eligible to look into a different vehicle as this problem wasn’t something that we did but instead a problem that the car already had before purchase. They seen how many times it had been in the shop for the same problem on top of others that happened from the original problem. Not to mention the attitudes and rudeness from the staff. I’ve only encountered 2 people that treated me as a human and had good customer service but we couldn’t get them on the phone each time. When working with others nothing would get resolved due to horrible attitudes or being hung up on. After our engine light came back on we decided to not pay as well as inform the company of the problem AGAIN. They stated I had exhausted my warranty so I’d have to figure it out and still make my payment. We did not and told them to come get the car. I was also told it would be written off as if I never owned the car due to the ongoing problems under the hood that were not my fault. That was again another lie and my credit is now taking a hard hit for it. They have known for over a year I have not worked and are now hounding us to make payments after it was sold at auction. And once again we were told it would be written off due to the ongoing engine problem. This is a terrible company and very unprofessional.

      I've been a customer of Northcoast financial for going on 4 years!! It's always a rude interaction. I've complained about the same manager and it gets worse. If I ask to speak to a specific person the manager that has been told we can't speak to one another answers or calls me back! They always send emails saying "we're here to help" but when you call and ask for help they say there's nothing they can do. The staff treat you as if you owe them money personally. On one occasion I got told 3 different lies and had to speak with the owner to settle the issue. There have been times were I had an agreement with them and then my car would still be cut off while I was out with my children at a store and we'd be stranded and they'd tell me they couldn't help me when indeed they could. It's been the worse 4 years of my life with a financial company. I wasn't even a whole 30 days behind on my car note and they came and took it. When I called to figure out what to do no one would talk to me or return my phone calls. In the beginning when I got my car everything was fine and then I started to see why everyone told me I was crazy for dealing with them in the first place. I need to go to work and I can't if they're cutting off my car whenever they feel like it even after we've come to an agreement to get me caught up. Before the pandemic my notes were paid on time without an issue. Since the pandemic life hasn't been the same and they treat their customers like it is!!!! They offer absolutely NO HELP. The only time they'll help is during Christmas time and after that they hold it over your head even months later saying if they helped during Christmas time there isn't much else they can do. It's like I'm being punished for being a victim of the pandemic and it's unethical. What happen to compassion and being understanding. Everyone I've dealt with i. There has too much control and power and the owner never puts his employees in check!!! Now I'm a single mother of 3 with no family.

      Northcoast financial worker ****** calls me in morning after making a partial payment, in the notes i explained will call in and make payment . right after i made payment she calls me harassing me about this wont keep my car on! But she always calls about cutting car off. If a person is trying to make payments considering the world is in crisis. LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! what you don't realize is, while you trying to turn car off. That's our way to get to money by driving to work! So if vehicle is off we cant work. Shes a bully and im tired of the way she thinks i owe her money! I get you have to do your job. But have empathy for peoples situation. **** is great!! ****** needs to go!!! I DONT OWE YOU MONEY ******. BE NICER. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT YOU

      Will have different account rep for the account going forward.
      Will reduce interest rate from 24% to 10% to help to pay off loan quicker.

      We did placed a call to the customer regarding the above/left a message for a return call.
