              Had this company insulate our crawl space December 2019. Found out our furnace ducts were disconnected in September 2021. Have lived here 40 years and never had a duct disconnect. Only this company had been in the crawl. Called the company and Keith was rude and said it was not their concern. Disappointed company does not take accountability for this issue. I do not have an issue with the warranty just the lack of concern for my issue. Company not willing to help with cost of repair $150.00.

              I understand your concern, but as a company, we cannot be held accountable for something that has many possible reasons as to why it would become disconnected. Some of those reasons could be age of ductwork and structure, what materials were used for the actual ductwork, original workmanship on installation, possible moisture issues in crawl space, pressure inside ductwork can loosen over time, etc. It's unfortunate that you feel that because someone discovered some ductwork that had become disconnected for whatever reason, and we did work in your crawl space almost 2 yrs. prior to that, that it had to be our fault is very concerning to us. By using this same logic, literally anything that happens negatively can be blamed on someone when there are many other possible reasons for it happening. I am sure that you understand where we are coming from. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding.
