            My car was brought to Sylvania Automotive first week in Dec. Rin on advice from a good friend and service manager of Taylor Kia advised him to take my car to Taylor Hyundai as he was hit and expert. He thought maybe timing chain and asked if he put under bus name could do it tax free. They said yea and fixed only that. Gave him receipt he gave check and he went to get in car and check engine light still on. He placed atop pay on check as car is not fixed and after weeks they diagnosed needing new engine. After fighting with them and speaking with corporate 3 times, finally getting a rental car, they saw my car was under warranty and said if I drive around parking lot they would put in my name to validate warranty. Fast forward to today. I still don’t have my car and they are taking *** the guy I originally brought my car to, ti court. Much more story.

            I think it's sad my husband and I purchased a car in February and I'm still waiting on call back on what my warranty actually covers or an answer to any question really. I thought when we met Nick he'd be a better sales man then these buy here, pay here's but honestly Nationwide is better at communication and they didn't even give me a warranty for my car. I feel like we were sold a idea of good buisness but with no actual follow through. Very Disappointing and will NOT be returning to purchase another. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here if you want a call back about any questions or concerns you might have.
