  Complete scam! They have you pay a huge up front amount and then tell you to pay each month for one year. I tried to call to let them know I had another problem with a critter and they were going to charge me more up front and add more each month. It's a complete money grab. When I was told my contract was up, I told them I was cancelling and they came for the last visit. I was STILL CHARGED the next month!!! When I called to tell them it had been cancelled, they said I had to notify them in writing 60 days prior, which I was NEVER told. I had called the previous 3 months and let them know each time I was cancelling after my one year contract. When you try to call the service line you only get an AI person and no one calls you back. But when I called for new service, a human answered each time. I do NOT recommend this company.

  We had a disastrous experience with Titan. Unprofessional technician (who ate Halloween candy that was on our counter, during the visit), conflicting contract terms (depending on who you spoke to), dishonesty, inability to reach an owner or company manager (despite trying email, text, telephone, and online form), being told that a callback would come (which never did), appointments being made without our consultation or agreement. I wish I could share the entire experience (blow for blow), but I'm limited to a certain number of characters here. But check our my ****** Review for all the details. They will stun you. Stay away from Titan.

  ******* Route responded to a ******** post where I was looking for someone to remove dead wildlife from my attic. ******* patiently answered my questions, provided a service agreement and submit the work to the office for service the next ****** Service Technician, ***** ******, was professional and personable. He called when on the way. He communicated what he found and what he did and I appreciated that he inspected the house for potential openings for future wildlife entry.

  Honestly, Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions was amazing to work withand J deserves a serious shoutout. He was professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected.I am grateful he was able to do same-day treatment! He showed up on time, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time.If you need fast, friendly, and knowledgeable pest control, definitely go with Titanand if you can, ask for J. He is a pro and a really good human.

  we signed up for service in April 2025. We were not happy with the service and requested the service be cancelled on June 9, 2025. We called and left voice-mails as we could not get anyone to answer the phone. After multiple phone calls, we finally reached human being who said that a "manager" had to approve the service cancellation. What!? And, of course, there was no manger in the office. We called again and again and eventually reached more humans who also said they could not cancel the service and there was not manager available to approve our request. And eventually they said a manger was reviewing, but no name given. We also began e-mailing the request for cancellation on June 9, 2025 requesting our service be cancelled. We sent multiple e-mails I received a response and it said they were reviewing our request to cancel our service. Reviewing our request!? Then another individual e-mailed me (nearly one month later!!) to request why we wanted to cancel our service. I shared I want it cancelled and no more charges. Of course, then crickets again. They are clearly stalling to try to force us to continue service and continue paying for a service we began requesting be cancelled on June 9, 2025. I HIGHLY recommend this company be avoided at all costs, lest you get stuck in this same circle of nonsense. I have NEVER previously experienced such difficulty cancelling any service. Shame on them. How is this company still in business with such business practices as this?
