1 starId like to share my experience from today. I had a roof inspection scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CST, but the inspector, *****, didnt show up until 2:51 p.m. When he finally arrived, he spent no more than 510 minutes looking at my roof and nearly an hour talking with my neighbor ********** the end, his response was: Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. Theres foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think thats why the trusses are collapsing.This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesnt seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, ***** spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place.I would not recommend this company. Ill be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the jobI dont have time to play games with businesses like this.

5 stars***** and the iRestore Team accomplish a roof replacement with utmost professionalism. I was kept informed by ***** and his team at all steps in the process. Their materials delivery was impressive and flawless. The project was executed by a team of experienced professionals who treated my property with care and years of experience evident in their finished product. The company leads with heart ?My roof was damaged and needed repair, I personally couldn't afford to replace my roof,Im a widow and I had alot on my plate to be expected, the iRestore team came in full force and took care of everything, im extremely greatful they lead with compassion and Professionalism ,their work is amazing in all aspects...greatful ??thank you ********************* and your team for all you do for the community...also thank you and your team for also during the summer storms when my daughter had damage in the middle of the night ,your team Immediately responded to her home , your quick response saved further damage to her home ... so greatful to iRestore STL ?iRestore STL, LLC

1 starI can't give them a zero, but I would if I could. They tried to overcharge me more than once.They tried to tell me I didn't need a permit and then they used UNLICENSED SUBCONTRACTORS to do the work.They sent me a FAKE LICENSE from the subcontractor. The Attorney General and the ******** ********** of ************ Licensing has been sent a complaint on this company.The city of Belleville has lots thousands of dollars in revenue because they didn't get permits. And they claim they are Insurance Specialists. They never once contacted my insurance company except to send them a bill.Then they refused to supply me with the Sworn Statement that's required by the State of ********. They missed the **** all the way down the line when it cam to professionalsim - telling me in an e-mail that I am "not special" and then tried to intimidate me with their attorney.They finally realized they were not following the law and dropped everything, but not without a headache and then he posted on his own personal ******** page raising the middle finger, i guess, to make his point?Check out his personal record of DUI's and Domestic Disturbance from St. Clair County, ********.This "man" is childish and completely unprofessional.iRestore STL, LLC

Dear ***,In regards to all your attacks on multiple platforms. Here is my reply. My company was the victim of fraud by a contractor which that company was turned in. Secondly we mad you whole and wiped away any outstanding balance you had and have fully warrantied your system. Your roof was reinspected by the city and they confirmed your home was done perfectly. These attacks after the fact and after all we did to help you symbolize what kind of an individual we are dealing with. We wish upon you no malice and I will be dealing with the contractor in question and so will the state. You have taught me when a person show there colors out the gate like you have to cut bait and reserve the right to not do business with them. Best of luck and enjoy your beautiful roof. 5 starsiRestore was a breeze to work with. **** came out and inspected our roof and told us that in his opinion, we would need a new roof due to a recent hail storm. He submitted the report and photos to our insurance company and when they contacted us to make the appointment for the insurance adjuster to come out to inspect our roof, **** made sure to meet him here at our home. iRestore coordinated everything with the insurance company and made it a very easy process. Everything went exactly as we were told that it would. The shingles were delivered on time, the dumpster was delivered on time, and the job was completed on time. We were concerned about debris and nails, but the crew was extremely professional, and there was absolutely no debris or trash left anywhere on our property. The roof looks incredible. We have seen several homes in our neighborhood that had roofs installed at the same time as ours, and the level of quality and work ethic of the crew that **** uses is top notch. On a side note, **** (the owner) suggested a black drip edge for our roof, in lieu of the white that had been installed originally. We decided to trust his suggestion, and we are thrilled with how it looks on the house. It really stands out and makes the roof line POP! We highly recommend this company. 5 starsWe had an old roof and a leaking ceiling for a home that we rent out in *****. We live in near ******* so it was hard taking care of all the issues from a distance. But this company made it an easy process. They helped to handle everything from beginning to end with the insurance claim. I cannot say enough about **** very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and concerns and was very patient with me since we were not in the area. I would definitely recommend this company. 5 starsI had some storm damage. I got some company recommendations to contact. iRestore STL came out the same day I called. I called two other companies but they did not show up to look at my roof. They helped to work with the insurance company and gave me ample time to deal with (and supported) disputes on some insurance rulings. We got everything finalized right before Christmas. The roof looks spectacular and the communication was prompt when contacting for updates. The best Christmas present was getting a call saying everything was taken care of.iRestore STL, LLC
