    After promising to pick me up on 12/17/21 at 8:00 a.m. and take me to an eye doctor appointment (weeks earlier), the company staff person **** stated on 12/16/21, at approx. 11:30 a.m., that they could not fulfill that promise. Surprised at the change of policy and attitude, I stated I needed to talk with a supervisor. I was transferred to a person 'indicating' he was a supervisor, also named ****. Supervisor **** was arrogant, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. He could not understand that being picked up at 7:00 a.m. for an 8:30 a.m. doctor's appointment was unreasonable. I explained in detail that if I was picked up at 7:00 a.m. and arrived 15 minutes later at my 8:30 a.m. appointment, I would have to wait outside in the cold for an hour or longer until the office opened their doors. This was unacceptable for a 65-year young woman or anyone to endure. Supervisor **** was annoyed that I did not understand how the company initially (weeks earlier) could promise to fulfill the 8:00 a.m. pickup and delivery appointment and the day before the appointment simply decide they could not fulfill the promised pickup and delivery. Supervisor **** was also annoyed that I stated that the poor service and treatment warranted a BBB complaint. He stated that the company had a policy that they did not have to serve me. With that threat, the call ended. After the call, I strived to find other companies to drive me and was unsuccessful. On 12/17/21, a Yellow Cab drive arrived at 7:00 a.m. Surprised, I explained to the driver in detail the horrible disrespect I received from Supervisor **** and that I had to reschedule my appointment until I could find a company that would drive me to the appointment. The driver indicated that **** was his friend, and he would discuss the situation and have **** call and apologize for his inappropriate behavior. No call was received. Therefore, this complaint is necessary. No company should be allowed to mistreat the public in this way.

    I called and ordered a cab and they literally treated my request like it was last minute and made me wait over an hour after the time we agreed. When I called the company, they brushed me being upset off and didnt try to help me in anyway. There was nothing to help people out with their legitimate problem with the company! And this has happened over 3 times. Plus they are rude and very expensive. I payed almost $20 more for a cab than Uber or Lyft. Please use Uber or Lyft to get your rides because we need to get them out of business.
