**** and ***** made the process so easy for my 85 year old mom. They worked well with her and treated her gently through the process. *** lived her home for 47 years and it was hard enough for her to sell the house but this company did all the work and mom didn't stress. Thank you **** and ***** for being so kind, thoughtful and giving my mom a great deal on her home.Review from Scott A

At a very difficult time for my sister and myself they were there for **. During previous year both our parents had passed and dealing with paperwork taxes et ** extremely stressful. Along comes premier properties. The guys were fast fair and supportive. Cant say enough about their timing and professionalism. During one of the worst/stressful times in our lives they were extremely fair and expeditious. Huge kudos its deserved.Review from Ed D

They were working on another house in the neighborhood and were very approachable as to what work they were doing and concerned about the area.We decided that if we could get a fair offer, on the house my family owned for 70 years, we would sell and move closer to my wife's family.They looked at the house, asked a few questions, and responded back to us with an offer that we could accept. I hate to haggle so when everything happened so smoothly, I was a happy camper.A great company to work with to sell a home.Review from Ryan B

I had such a great experience selling my dads house to Premier Residential Properties!***** & **** ****** gave me the best offer out of the 5 different companies I contacted that were interested in buying my dads house.**** & ***** gave me a fair price for my dads house and they were both incredibly nice & so helpful when it came to the final sale of my dads house after he passed away at the end of last year!If you are interested in selling your house...I highly recommend that you call these guys!Sincerely,****Review from Terri S

I recommend Premier Residential Properties to anyone who is looking to sell as is. We received more then a fair offer for the property.I cant say enough about how easy the process was which really took a lot off my shoulders. Working with the ****** Brothers was like dealing with family, I know that sounds hokey but thats how comfortable I was with them. I wish them great success with this property.Review from Candace C.

***** and **** were both professional during the time of the proposal, contract and closing.We did have some unforeseen issues with closing but resolved with the help of the title companyThey understood that the house they were buying was a family home for many years - with many memories and emotions for us.We feel confident they will bring the house back to it's beauty as it was when my parents first built it - and ready for a new family to enjoy.Thanks ***** and ****.Review from Rhonda B.

***** and **** purchased our dad's house after he passed away. And took a very stressful situation and made it a breeze. They were an absolute pleasure to work with very professional and everything was done so quick and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling a house that didn't want to do the hassle of the private realtor and all the repairs in commission
