            I moved into this apartment on 1/21/2022. Prior to moving in, I looked at the property and there was nothing wrong. Then I moved in and there are roaches. I've been in the bathroom and the roaches are falling out of the vents. They have sprayed, but they are still around. The bathroom was leaking inside the wall. I sent them pictures of it. They fixed it upstairs but didn't fix my bathroom. This is not a safe place to live. IN the lease, it states if you break it, you are responsible for two months rent. I shouldn't have to pay that because of the issues here. They haven't complied with their part of the agreement.

            SOTO discriminated based on the Americans With Disabilities Act. Worst property management company in the state of Missouri. One star as a high rating, they deserve a -5 ! Ever dealt with a company that was so impatient and unwilling to except proof of income. With the US current working from home status, the Social Security administration does not return requested verification a timely manner, and they would not allow the time necessary for verification, which is a breach of their Better Business Bureau obligations! So terrible is SOTO, they should be out of business!!

            Sir,We can confidently say that the Americans with Disabilities Act does not say how long I must give someone to provide their proof of income. We can say this confidently because the Americans with Disabilities Act does not pertain to permanent housing. It takes less than 5 minutes to get a benefit verification letter from the Social Security Administrations website. After two days, we still had not received your proof of income and we had to move on to the next applicant. Also, can you please let us know what our obligations are to the Better Business Bureau and how we breeched those obligations? You say we are the worst property management company in the *****************. Can we assume that you have had experiences with every other property management company in ********? How long did all those companies give you to provide your proof of income? We anxiously await your response so that we may work on going from the worst to the best property management company in the state.
